The purchased ones have been doing this for ages. They claimed they fixed it when 9.2.5 launched. They didn’t.
Why does this not surprise me as much as it should? I feel like I’m going to have to go look at my T-mog collections–though I confess I never explicitly bought anything for the mogs. (I’m more of a mount/pet gal.)
We got gnome sized dragon wings
Just bought the epic edition and no transmog. I checked both back and helm slots in the book. Maybe they are working on a fix to make the wings bigger, if not 100$ for a bug is rather irksome.
Edit: They have shown up now. I hope they stay!
They’re clown wings. You didn’t read the fine print.
The color schemes for each are awful too (except maybe blue). It’s difficult to find anything to match or look right with them. Who thought the red wings would look great with blue webbing and gold tips? Gross! The blue wings are the only ones I’ve seen anyone xmog to so far. They really need a whole new art team for transmog, it’s been pretty garbage in this game for way too long.
Is it false advertising if they don’t fully advertise? Honestly asking because I don’t have a f’ing clue. Like sure there was allied races, they just never told us that some people would have to jump through hoops to get them. Like for me it was fine, I done everything on my way to gearing up for raiding and basically got them unlocked for nothing, but understandably for some they did not do all the zone content prior and had to than go back for rep and what not and it was a disappointment.
So for me there really was no pre-requisite to unlock allied races, therefore I had no issues with them forgetting to tell us when they advertised BFA, but I can understand why many were upset. And Blizzard should take feedback on this, give us allied races but don’t make us have to do this and that to unlock them, just some basic 30-60 minute quest line once you hit max level or something simple should suffice, you know, “Here is a quest to get to know your new allies” or something.
this is why you don’t pre order…
the wings look terrible

I think it really needs to wiggle a little bit like the sprite darter wings. Not as crazy as the bone necrolord wings, though.
Well no last time you had to pay for the collectors addition then click your mount to summon an NPC get a quest from him and grind currency. So you had to pay and grind to get the outfit.
They probably could be a bit bigger, but I don’t like when everything has physics. Take the Maldraxxus bone wings for example. I looked forward to using them, but they fly all over the place and it looks way too comical. kinda sad, because they looked really cool. Another example is the butterfly wings (Sprite Darter’s Flutterers), they’d be insane if they didn’t wave around.
I’m so tired of back mogs hiding weapons… WHY BLIZZ WHY!!! I wanna ues the butterfly pack with my weapon on? Why not!!
They put so much work into making belts dangle ridiculously… premium content wings get… nothing?
I came here this morning specifically to point this out. I’ve tried them out on multiple races, and they look ridiculous on all of them. Even Blood Elves, who will share the Drac’thyr visage rig on which this item will be most appropriate.
And I expected them to be at least on par, animation-wise, with the Osteowings from the Necrolords. But they’re completely static. It’s a hugely missed opportunity.
Chests have no physics in this game. I am not surprised the wings don’t either.
They do on the night elf female idle animation…
I think you receive a lot for the $90 package. The mount and head piece are absolutely beautiful.
Only have used the blue wings but any bigger would look goofy to me.
I say let ppl spend their money on w/e they want to. Worse things to “waste” $90 on, imo.

No it doesn’t. The only thing that needs to be addressed is you buying something before seeing it than being upset and demanding change. You are the fool. And blizzard don’t have to do anything-they got your cash (again) and you have a bad product.
Happy pre ordering!
