These seem a little too close to the regular races, which is why I think they might end up allied races cause Blizzard likes “race but tiny change” for allied lol.

Dark trolls? Ones that never left the caves to get blessed by the well and become nightelves maybe. Could also be a different mutation like how the new arathi lady has pointed ears as a human.
