Potential Changes to Classic Rerelease

Changes are good.

Only 2% of weirdos want no changes at all.

Itā€™s so obvious who they are too because thereā€™s streaks of tism that shine through when they post. Not adding dualspec is a smoothbrain move. Also, I love having to use an addon to save my bars when changing specs, thereā€™s more than 1 purpose to dual spec.

if not adding dual spec keeps people like you out then itā€™s a very wrinkly brain move.

The fact that youā€™re so disgruntled about changes that you donā€™t want your server to flourish by making statements like this speaks volume, Iā€™m sure weā€™ll live without playing world of warrior with you :expressionless:

They could implement the built-in gear manager they had in later expansions which would be less intrusive.

But at the same time the vast majority of people I knew used Itemrack so this really wasnā€™t an issue at all. People swapped PvP, PvE, Resistance, Healing, diamond flask sets, etc. all the time.

Also, depending on how dual spec is implemented if itā€™s extremely expensive people wonā€™t even save any gold on it, and the exact same issue with respecs being to expensive and restrictive for people who want to PvP and PvE and healers/tanks who respec to solo would still be an issue even with dual spec.

Itā€™s definitely not a no-brainer at all, and adding dual spec would be a massive change to Classic Vanilla and could have a lot of negative effects as well.

I just think itā€™s not necessary if maybe the only thing that needs to be done is lower the gold cost a bit so people donā€™t go broke by respeccing.

And even lowering the gold cost isnā€™t ā€œnecessaryā€ or ā€œmandatoryā€ at all, they could change nothing at all and thatā€™d be OK too.

Imagine thinking dual spec ruins the game.

Yikes.

View Distance increase would be nice as well tbh, in Classic/Vanilla the mobs donā€™t come into view until your like 100 yards away and itā€™s kinda lame.
