Zenjy is correct in that if a post violated policy, which had a moderation report against it, even if the post it edited/deleted by the poster, it is still subject to moderation because it was technically visible to others.
That said, those tend to be clear violations like using inappropriate language, subject matter, etc… We usually wouldn’t penalize a deleted by author post unless it met that kind of threshold.
I should mention that if the post is reported and a Moderator receives that report for review, even if they don’t penalize it, they still have to address the report. This is usually a “Yes, we agree this violated policy” or “No, we disagree, it did not violate policy”.
If we agree, even if we do not apply a penalty that agreement is noted and could impact obtaining Trust level 3, if you receive enough of those. It doesn’t look like you have any strikes thus far, Hissifit, so you should be good. ![]()
