Post BfA Horde in a Nutshell

Yup. Heroes them.

As I said, ironic considering the Alliance is trash at diplomacy too.

It simply goes to show diplomacy was a useless endeavour when it came to the forsaken.
Garithos may have been manipulated, but he never directly served anyone nefarious, Besides the forsaken betray anyone they involve with. Alliance was just smart enough to see through the trap.

Considering the Horde fails at its very interpretation of the word I think the Alliance is doing fine when it comes to diplomacy.
Since you are cheering on a betrayal goes to show you have a very limited understanding of it yourself.

Was it ever stated that the Alliance killed those diplomats? I thought it was a mystery whether or not the diplomats ever made it to their destination or not and it was implied they were killed, but no one knows for sure.

And if anything, given Sylvanas’s everything, it seems like Alliance dodged a bullet. On the other hand they got Night elves, so they caught a hand grenade.

I could spend the time pointing out how existing canon contradicts your viewpoint and how there are plenty of examples on how the Horde has been highly successful with diplomacy and how the examples where the Alliance has failed dismally, but you just want to hate rant with no actual interest in a logical discussion so I won’t waste the effort.

So I will just respond in about the highest level of debate you seem interested in:

Is not.

That’s Pheandra’s whole schtick. The Horde bad, the Alliance perfect. Anything that supports that stance is canon, anything that contradicts it is bad writing.

I never said they are perfect.
Justified yes. Perfect? No.

Not surprised you failed to realize that since you never actually read before replying.

So please give us some examples of Alliance imperfection.

True, I only read the last 3/4 post you made since most of your posting amounts to you repeating yourself no matter how much evidence is presented to the contrary.

I mean we could end this whole conversation about the Horde being inept at diplomacy by bringing up the Nightborne since the Horde successfully courted the Nightborne to their side whereas the Alliance fell flat on their face and failed.

At the end of Battle of Azeroth they help the Horde and sign a peace treaty.

Thats the most recent example.

So the only way in which the Alliance is imperfect (in your eyes) is that they have failed to wipe out the Horde? Or are there others?

No… more like gullible and stupid mostly.

So, apart from that, they’re perfect.

Apart from that they have proper reasoning for what they do.

Its less of a “rawr me smash” faction.

nothing wrong here

You’re not really proving that you don’t think the Alliance is perfect, here.

I never said the Alliance is perfect. Only justified.
Perfect means without fault.

Alliance has plenty of fault. I already mentioned a few.

I’d like to hear of any faults you think they have that aren’t related to the Horde.

They aren’t a real alliance.
They have a human king that doesn’t care about them.
While other races struggle without any clear leadership.

Still not seeing any moral failings on your list…

If you think the Alliance is morally perfect, just say so.
