Possible to reduce spell effects?

I can’t find any clear way to reduce the spell effect, my computer has no issue running the game, but there in a 25 man there is so much spell effects I have a hard time telling if im in front, on the side or behind a humanoid size boss

Any help here ?

Sealioning…

There’s also a word to describe people who write ‘sealioning’ on every thread that asks a question. That word is trolling.

You turn down particle density, you can also turn down weather effects with this command… /console WeatherDensity 0

This only really effects rain at least, I have’t seen anything else it impacts.

There’s a Weakaura for KT that reduces the effects of DnD so you can see void zones more clearly.

Hope this helps.

yeah KT isnt too small so its not really an issue, but for bosses like noth , razuvious, gothik, faerlina, four hoursemans specialy when everyone is stacked up there is so much going on the bosses look like a lit up christmas tree, ill try particle density i guess see if it helps a bit

You can turn down the graphic effects.

Try Lost Ark or Final Fantasy or PoE and you’ll be able to see a wow raid clear as day ^^

It would be nice if there was a feature to not show other peoples spells in raids though

By chance, have you asked your raid lead to help you out by marking the tank(s) for you? There really isn’t much that can be done for visibility when you have so much stuff going on all in one spot, so sometimes a simple solution like placing the boss between yourself and the tank marker is what needs to happen!

To be fair, you can turn off all particle effects on FF14, even your own, if you want. :duck:

This was how I managed to enjoy Samurai. I hated how flashy/flowery/icey their main rotation was when I just wanted to swing my blade and do my rotation.

There is a console command for spell particle density. I have recently just started using the “classic” graphic setting ingame, which auto applies low spell density and runs better.
