Okay. So Alliance is known as the PvE faction, right? So let’s use that. If the queue for one side or the other gets above 30 minutes, a daily unlocks at the battle master of the minority faction that gives two badges of justice for completing a battleground. What do you guys think.

They can also offer faction transfers.

Nope, that would be bad for the game.
I don’t think it would either, but at least the option will be there for people complaining.

just reroll human and see that rogue/druid coming from across the map.
Who cares, thats arena and only useful vs some teams. Every class in this game (besides shaman) has a stun.
You benefit from pretty much every encounter. In arena, in Bgs, in solo play.
Imagine thinking perception comes even close to that.

Everyone is going to reroll human once WOTLK Classic come out anyways due to the racial changes. Might as well get a head start. AMIRIGHT?
Then the benefit would switch back to the other side.
It would only encourage the leechers more, which discourages honest players from bothering to queue, which makes queues longer.

If it fixes the issue it fixes the issue, and if it doesn’t then the hypocrites can lie in the bed they’ve made

The incentive would be for whatever side does NOT have queues.
For instance. If Horde queues get above 30 minutes for AV, a daily would open up for Alliance that offers two badges for completing AV. It would also work the same way if somehow the Alliance queues got above 30 minutes.
This is the downside. It would recreate the environment from when people were queuing just to get gear for PvE back when they had first put in AV. Maybe this is just what the queues look like if you take away all the people who want PvE gear.
