Just wanted to say that I unlocked the entire purple pirate outfit from the game, and it said it was added to my collection. However it’s not there.
I put in a customer service ticket about it. Anyone else having that or similar problems?
Have you unlocked the cloak as well? It’s under a separate tab in the Plunderstore for reasons unknown.
No, is it required to complete the mog?
Yeah, you need the cloak to complete the set.

Ok that really needs to be communicated better. Now I feel like an idiot for the ticket. That needs to be clearly indicated or put the cloaks on the same row as the rest of the outfit.
The individual pieces should still show up. If they don’t, that’s a bug.
Oh yeah, it was a really strange choice on their part to puts cloaks for the black/purple set and the red set in a separate tab away from said sets. I’m not sure why they did that.

Wait, I don’t see the individual pieces either in the tabs.
Exit game, delete cache folder and try again to see if they’re there. Can try searching too.

I didn’t have mine show up in the sets tab until it was fully completed. I too missed the cloak initially. If the individual pieces are missing from their appearance log entirely, then something is definitely not right, yeah.

Ok I’m going to unlock the cloak and see if that fixes it.

Considering I only want to buy certain pieces and not the whole set, I’m going to be confused if those pieces don’t show up.
Maybe it’s a me thing. I’m betting unlocking the cloak fixes it.
You could also try a full UI reset. If it still doesn’t work.

Yeah, I can’t really speak on the individual pieces since I didn’t look for those specifically. My goal was the entire set, and that is the only tab I checked before hopping back into Plunderstorm to snag the cloak. Hopefully you don’t need the full set if you’re only after certain pieces.
I haven’t ventured in. I’m scared. lol

I didn’t think of add-ons being the culprit! I have run Spartan UI for years now, but it does get a little buggy sometimes when trying to use quest items and you have to reload the UI to fix the problem.
Edit; I reloaded my UI, and the individual pieces are showing now. Now I have to go get that darn cloak to make it show up on the sets tab.

The full UI reset and cache deletion fix the weirdest of things and will clean out any odd things.
It’s more than just a /reload in game and really helps.

The prices of the new stuff is higher than the old. All of the mounts except the seahorse are the same though, but they’re mounts so it makes sense. I guess they want to keep people playing the mode longer.
