So first I'm sorry if this has been already been a subject of interest and concern within the community, but I've got a question D:
So with the news from Blizzcon, we found out that WoW Classic is getting latent patched content released, which to me is very awesome! But what I want to know is what is going to happen to WoW Classic after we get the final patch which is Naxxramas? Now Blizzard said they would keep in close contact with the community to see if we are ready for new content, but it's clear when the final patch is released, Blizzard is going to have to release new content to keep the classic server relevant.
Thoughts?

BARF if they were even halfway serious about non-standard expansions or new content. However, that last question in the Q&A was answered in such a PR evasive manner, who knows what is actually planned.
Personally, I would ADORE having a completely separate BC: Classic option, but agree with their general statement that right now is not the time to look into that. (Then again ... promise me that, and I'm over the sub issue because I'd eventually have my two games I want to play instead of only one I consider worth paying for. =D )
That said, I want WOW: Classic realms I can trust that if I get a BiS item, nothing will ever come around making it weaker. I don't want the endless progression. In fact, chasing gear was such a burnout I quit progression raiding halfway into Ulduar because I realized that even if we were cutting edge, none of it would stay "good" for more than 6 months ever again.
This is a topic that has been talked about virtually every day since Classic was announced. The current word from Blizzard is that the game stops at Naxx. No additional content.
Yes this has been asked for in the past. I'd say keep Classic classic
Personally I'd be accepting of new content if it would stay true to how vanilla felt, but I have very little confidence they could achieve that so I'd prefer them to just keep it as is.
It's a big wonderful sandbox. You jump in the sandbox and it's the same sandbox you knew and loved, and it's all the same sand, so you can leave for a while and come back and it will still be the same sand you left, nothing new, nothing different.
