Portal Network Rank 3 - How to piss off players

This content is not a challenge nor is it presented as a challenge. It’s just cosmetics. Literally just cosmetics. Trying to compare it to Twisting Corridors is completely daft.

Did you miss who I quoted.

I didn’t have to spend 5 weeks unlocking the vendor and spending 17k in a currency that’s rewarded in chunks of 35 per dungeon to do it.

Yep, bad design is bad.

Did you miss on what topic you were quoting ? What does this have to do with Twisting Corridors.

There is different forms of challenge. Skill challenge isn’t the only challenge.

They tend to provide cosmetic rewards in different ways in this game because people like to do different things. That boring tower I would never do but this type of content I don’t mind.

The game is best when the method of gaining rewards is varied.

No, this was never sold as a challenge. At all. This is sold as the most basic casual content. And it’s not challenging. There is nothing I can do better to over come Time gates and RNG.

Unlike Twisting Corridors, which is sold as a challenge. You’re completely bonkers and just trolling and harassing me at this point.

I haven’t unlocked the 3rd upgrade for the mushroom network yet, but there is a armor set for sale at exalted rep with the big mushroom for 12500 anima.

He’s not entitled to bringing back unrelated topics and attacking me based on them though. That’s just going to another thread to harass, not discuss.

Same as your original post in this thread that is merely trolling.

But not challenging, thus irrelevant.

Yeah, that’s the whole reason I made this thread, I’m actually probably not going to bother doing it. Because it’s neither challenging nor rewarding. It’s just a huge chore. Unlike Twisting Corridors, which is challenging and sold as a challenge. There’s also no RNG to Twisting Corridors rewards : Finish and you get the mount. Unlike this.

Seems you’re too busy wanting to throw things I said about TC in my face to see that your argument is a huge strawman.

Yes bringing up responses from other topics to derail a thread is completely harassement. You’re basically stalking me.

It is optional. If you don’t like the content don’t do it.

That isn’t harassment - that is just using your own argument against you because you didn’t feel others had a right to complain about TC and you told them it was optional.

This is optional too.

I would be embarrassed to be so inconsistent too.

Remembering what you said in another thread and posting in this one is not stalking you.

Pretty much I hate how they designed the covenant stuff.

It is the casual content and the only way to progress with them is to farm obscene numbers of world quests over months or years if you don’t do as many per day.

I’d bother with raids if there were tier sets. But I’m not someone who is motivated by just trying for AoTC and the story isn’t really interesting enough to care about just downing the bosses.

I genuinely think - and enjoy the fact that - the most vocal playerbase is currently experiencing being replaced as the game’s focus group. having experienced this a few expansions before them, it’s nice to see them in the same boat i was once in.

that is genuine happiness.

You had to spend weeks farming thousands of a currency to buy a roll for a piece you need.

Grinding, over time, for a chance…

“Being replaced” involves there being a replacement population ready to jump into WoW.

Blizzard doesn’t have that luxury.

But the vendor was available day 1.

Unlike the portal network Rank 3.

Layers. Plus no one forced you to play Azerite lottery. The vendor sold the items directly for the cost of 4 lottery tickets.
