If you paid for the product and they still won’t give it to you, that’s just straight-up terrible and they should be refunding you.

The item restoration tool is the same restoration tool the GM’s have access to.
Quite a shame how the support has fallen over recent years 
even in 2014-2016 a GM would message me in game about my tickets.
