Anyone else ever notice that polymorph is the only spammable CC in the game with an 8 second duration? Randomly noticed this today.

Hardly any resto shaman will be speccing into spammable hex though. Also sort of meant up until now.
Its also the only CC in game that heals someone to full HP.
That is why it lasts for 8 seconds.

CC has been overnerfed enough. Stuns last as long as most CC that breaks on 1 dmg now ;/

I mean this excuse is comedy as literally no one is polying the target they’re trying to kill. Poly is used as CC on the healer and to peel when you’re playing defensive, which ironically happens to be when you’re NOT trying to kill someone.
No mage comp is trying to land kills when healers are on poly DRs. So polying kill targets to peel while you wait healer DRs makes the “heal” aspect of poly hardly an issue that anyone is ever actually hindered by.

Not in any way, but if you can’t acknowledge that it’s at the very least interesting that polymorph is the only spammable CC that has an 8 second duration I think it’s fair to say your bias has clearly clouded your judgement.

Polymorph is an artifact from a time when mages had one 20 sec cd blink, did not ever get sub 1.2 second cast time, and were actually squishy when connected upon

Unholy being one of few classes near unkillable till high dampening.
BFA was great for unholy all and all.

Who hits the polymorph target? Like how is this an excuse hahahhaha. I’m so sorry fear and hex break on 2 points of damage. Like there is no way you honestly believe that this makes it ok.
