I wonder how many people quit WoW when they saw that current expansion materials sold for less actual gold on retail than they did in classic. Its insane to see BFA herbs going for 2-3g per, sometimes even less than that. Never saw legion herbs go that low and that was when you could even buy them with blood of sargeras.
Iām not sure I granted blizzard to monitor or snoop anything on my client outside of the game executable and related memory space. How legal is this?
This is going to be a net revenue loss for you blizz. You seem to not factor in those accounts are paying subs.

I used a pally to protect my squishy mage and priest on world quests and dailies. Sometimes Iād hop into a dungeon when we canāt get 5, and Iāll tank and heal at the same time - but this is pretty tricky because itās hard not to stand in fire. Occasionally Iād split the team up to do meta achievements in old content, and Iād recently run a little Hivemind giveaway service for guildies who could get green monocles and follow instructions 
For resources, I did do herbalism in a trio, but honestly, I canāt compete with the giant hordes of druids either, and my alts always seemed to be facing in slightly different directions so picking that flower always did need three clicks. Ditto fishing: my trio got about 250% the throughput of a single character (because I canāt always tell which bobberās bouncing, I sometimes click two at once and sometimes I miss one outright), but itās definitely still one click per bobber. Iād make my pots and flasks for the week, toss a few extras in the gbank, maybe sell a bit of food if prices were stupid, but it was mostly part of my plan to be self-sufficient. I was never a nuisance, that I know of.
Iām hopeless at PVP with one character, no way Iād try it with three. If someone jumped me the pally would bubble-hearth and the other two would just stand still and die. It was faster than fighting.
What, you didnāt enjoy getting up at 2AM to farm materials for your raid? /s
One decent counter to at least annoy them that I found was to get a group of guildies and fly in the opposite direction they were. The ones that werenāt botting and were JUST multiboxing got pretty noticeably madā¦

Just wanted to say that this was the BEST NEWS EVER to wake up to. All those MB threads and concerns did not go to waste. And every single poster that defended the toxic practice can finally start to experience what itās like being a real human.

That is not 100% true though. There are bots that also multi box and they donāt sit there behind the keyboard. They run multiple programs at once to multi box and do the commands and use it to automate their characters.
educating yourself on how things work would be useful.
to farm a node, you need MOUSE broadcasting.
KEY cloning doesnāt help you farm

Ah, thanks for the explanation! Everyone here is only going off anecdotal evidence and such, but I will say that Iām sorry people who play the game like you got caught up in an attempt to kill off all the abuse that also occurred on some servers.

I believe it only affects software that allows for the control of multiple clients at the same time.
Ban bots, not MultiBoxers. 16 years is a long time to allow something then just change your mind after people spend hundreds of dollars on your lousy new expansion.

Multiboxing has been one of my main issues with the game for many years and to see that itās finally going to be a bannable offense makes me feel all warm inside.
Now they can play the game like the rest of us

I can taste the tears from here. Gold seller spends a truckload of resources to get set to farm the new expansion after hours of datamining the beta and ptr to build the map routes, flushed down the drain.
Somehow the loot a rang change and this seem vaguely related.

could you revert the nerf to the drop rate of bfa world mounts then? since it was nerf because multiboxers were getting mutiple of them in such short time, it would make sense to revert it once there are no more multiboxers.

This will have zero effect on the gold farming bots, it only will impact legit multiboxers.
