Well apparently blizzard decided it was cheating or near enough to that they hit it with a nuke

iām not even a multi-boxer, i just think itās legitimately ridiculous that people thing thereās somehow an advantage. everything a multi boxer can do, multiple people can do better. but no one calls for the banning of discord.

Why not figure out a way to directly stop said behavior instead of this hoopeful, lazy method? This is not going to stop botting OR multiboxing, all this is doing is making it 1% harder to multibox.

Auto hot key is automated gameplay and has been bannable since foreverā¦ itās not legitimate gameplay at all

You know what - Iām just going to keep playing the way I have since Burning Crusade, using AutoHotKey. Iāve always been legit, forthright about how I play, I donāt automate or cheat, Iāve stayed within the Terms of Service you folks set out:
ā¦and if you want to ban me suddenly, I guess that is within your rights to do so. Itāll make me a sad panda, Iāll admit. But Iāve never cheated at this game, and killing me off because of the actions of others isnāt a cool thing to do.

Because it has grown exponentially over the last couple years and the players have basically drawn way too much attention to themselves running 20+ accounts just to see if they can.
But I agree, Blizz is going overboard here. There was a better way to handle this.

Nothing about that means I canāt make fun of how someone bragging itās completely by the law and heās done nothing wrong is now considered banable.
Same way everyone came into my thread on PullTheRipcord telling me to delete the thread when Ion came out saying they donāt agree with it.
A concern I may have is will this affect software used by disabled players so they can use other control methods that arenāt traditional mouse and keyboard?

I feel its getting into a cost vs reward scenario here. Now need a physical input to change between accounts, keep them synced up, run 20+ PCs heat/electric, look at people who mine bitcoin even with 10+ low end machines running high bills for power.
Finally. Itās about time you did something about the cheaters. Theyāve drove so many people away from the game. 3 Months into classic my friends all quit playing because of the amount of multiboxers destroying the economy.
