Yes, I know that weapons are stat sticks for Evokers. That being said… polearms and spears always look fantastic when paired with draconic humanoids. And there are Intelligence polearms in the game for MW, Balance, and Resto: why not add Evokers to that list?
Also, allow Evokers to use all available Legion artifact appearances.
Mostly, I just think it criminal that I can’t use this weapon as a Dracthyr:

It would be odd for them not to be able to use polearms. I think I remember a lot of dragonoids NPCs do use them.

They copy/pasted Shamans, took away shields, and gave them 1H swords. I would go another step further and take away 2H Axes (which really don’t play into the svelte aesthetic) and give them polearms in exchange.

So long as stuff like int polearms don’t get made, I’m down for it.
Spears are cool.
There’s already a good amount of them for MW Monks, Boomies and Resto Druids. Not from raiding, but they do exist!

I think it would just give people more things to complain about when the invariable clipping through their bodies happens.
Yeah I mean, I don’t really care if they get added as quest rewards. Just don’t want them to pollute the raid loot pool (especially since PL may not be forced in DF).
Polearms would be awesome really
They’re not going to clip on anything that won’t for staves and 2H maces.
Correct me if I’m wrong, but aren’t those alternative appearances to the Survival Hunter legendary? Even if Evokers could use polearms, you still wouldn’t be able to use those

No worries! But yeah, given that they weren’t available for Evokers, I don’t think it unreasonable to ask that any relevant weapon-types are able to be wielded by Dracthyr.
Also, once you think about the lore, this:

They do look fantastic. I think it might be a little overly simplistic to simply look at what the other mail caster class has and important the weapon selection wholesale (almost). Polearms - generally a lithe, long, and a little unusual weapon type - just fit in with the Dracthyr aesthetic so well.
If I had to swap something out, I would swap out 2H Axes… even though that’s my favourite weapon type in the game.
