of the shards where Horde outnumber the Alliance, because all I ever see anymore is 10+ Alliance with 3 horde around. So where do I go to see all the large number of Horde I see the Alliance constantly crying about?

Where are you seeing more alliance than horde? Because in mechagon it leans towards horde but its pretty close. Nazjatar is hit or miss either way. Uldum and vale tend to lean horde.
It also depends on how you play. Alliance will tend to stick together and as such if you are a horde player that just has wm for the bonuses and don’t really get involved with pvp or stick with other horde you will run into a bunch of alliance more than a single alliance player. If you sstick with the horde group alliance will do everything possible to avoid that because the numbers are usually not in our favor.
Or you ran into a big guild group, which alliance tends to do more than the horde because doing your own thing as horde is a bit easier than doing it alliance side.
i am in the same boat as merciless i always get the shards with alliance on it and hardly any horde i honestly have thought for months that alliance dont deserve AOO because i literally see them everywhere anymore.
Ya me too … alliance everywhere . So many that I did my CTA alone in Vale earlier.
