General discussion is anything about WoW, my discussion was about WoW and how i am playing another game because i am not happy with WoW. The forum mod should not be offended by a post explaining how one is not happy with WoW.
But you know, this kinda stuff made me unsub.
If you didn’t receive an account action, then it was simply decided that moderation of the entire thread was more appropriate than moderation of individual posts.
If you’re unhappy with WoW, then constructive feedback is best. You can also provide feedback in-game via the in-game feedback feature found in the in-game menu.
I know how to moderate just fine, Snowbling.
For a bit of insight, your post didn’t really lend itself to any kind of discussion about WoW and it was more that you were bored. There isn’t really any actionable feedback in there.
That said, the thread probably could have remained, as several others were having discussions in it, but then I noticed that the OP, you, never posted in it again.
A lot of folks tend to throw out a statement for others to agree or disagree with and then sit back and watch people argue. Others like to use those kinds of threads to bash on our Game Developers, instead of providing feedback about the game. So when I saw that happening, and the original poster not actually participating in the discussion, I decided it was best to just remove the thread.
You mustve not read the thread, because i did reply to my thread, and im a single parent with kids so constantly responding to my post is very hard when i dont get much of a break from my kids. I didnt really see any arguing, all i saw was people posting their opinions. To me i didnt see any that warranted a delete.
My post had no bashing, i posted my feelings on how i felt about the game, and how playing a game i wasnt really into, was keeping me away from WoW, now that context is saying WoW just doesnt have it anymore. Constructive criticism isnt dangerous, its healthy.
It just seems constructive criticism isnt welcomed on the forums, if thats the case please put in the forum rules.
No, I didn’t read the entire thread. There are simply too many reports to be able to do that.
My apologies though, there is an option to see all posts made by a single player and that didn’t show any additional posts by you. It seems that it was broken in that thread. >.<
With that in mind, since that was the main reason why I remove the thread, I have no issue restoring it for now.
In the future though, if you wish to dispute a forum action please submit a forum appeal.
I appreciate that, thank you, i googled how to dispute a forum topic deleting, and nothing helpful popped up.
Here you go.
