The shield ability im not seeing drop ever but it’s an insanely good button is the drop rate lower?
Also what’s everyone’s ideal setup? I’m aiming for arrow storm archon blink stealth and shield (yeah I’m aids i main dk what did you expect)

Rime arrow is simple and good at poking. I don’t think it’s super broken though, since it lacks in dps that some of the skillshot/melee abilities provide.
Storm archon is already pretty good. It has a pretty ridiculous range and the third ability hits hard but with a longer wind up.
By shield do you mean lightning bulwark or repel. Tbh I actually think repel isn’t that good. It has a longer cd than every other utility and is weak to just running out. Probably the most suggested use is to counter flame whirl, but whirl is fast enough to actually run out of the repel circle before silence, and has a lower base cooldown than repel. Bulwark is bad against whirl since it only immune 1 attacks, but is great against rime arrow/melee attacks/cc whirlwind.
The best utility is actually fae form. You can use it while stunned to break the stun, you are immune to cc while it’s active, you move faster, and all damage taken is reduced heavily.
Didn’t know that actually
I like stealth blink the most for creating gaps and yeah lightning bulwark I feel like that gets crazy value if you are immuning stuff in those final poke fights
