Trolling more I see.
He does not have a higher drop rate on it. All mobs possess the same drop table for world epics.

Okay lets make this discussion a bit more civil cause youâre very stubborn
Lets assume youâre completely right, its the rarest in the World of Warcraft, nobody has seen it, also BMAH will never offer it.
Is it fair to make the rarest item in the world the most obtainable one? What if people already farmed it?
I have easily 1k stones banked, its not hard to farm.
You are farming it by farming the currency, which is obtained in dungeons, which is how most are found. Therefore, it is the same. By adding a large cost, it stands are an outlier on the vender and maintains mild rarity. It is a toy box item, meant to be collected.
Youâre missing the point, even 1k can be farmed in one day.
And again, the currency is for catchup gear. Nothing else. Havenât see cosmetics offered by it
Primordial saronites werent catch-up gear. Theyâre on the vender.
What can you do with saronites?
Shadows edge
Crafted gear 264.
And⌠those arenât catch up gear? Is your char spawning with 264 ilvl?
Anything is farmable by that standard and every mob has a limited loot table, so that point isnât what you think it is. Itâs availiblity, Ashes is only available once a week, SSS is available all the time
That seems quite high isnât 0.2% only 500? Do you mean 0.002?
How is that catch-up gear? Itâs materials for a legendary questline and crafting reagents for ICC25 equiv items. That were available the first day of icecrown. Not catch-up.
Thats Blizzard catch-up gear for Wrath of the Lich King Classic. Even if you donât feel like it is, how in the world is SSS a catch-up gear. Its not even gear.
Obviously?
This topic is getting very cringe. Fairly tired of entertaining the clueless.
Bold claim, cite your source.
Do you need a cite that Defilers Scourgestone is a catch-up gear currency? Are you drunk or so? I would be worried, its early in the morning
I need a cite that Primordial Saronite via Defiled Scourgestone is a catch-up mechanic, considering it was available before the raid was.
If youâre going to make dumb claims, back them up.
To allow Shadowmourne to be enjoyed by many players, several adjustments and improvements have been made:
- Primordial Saronite can be purchased from both the Emblem of Frost vendor as well with a new currency gained in Titan Rune Dungeon: Gamma Protocol dungeons.
Source: Wrath of the Lich King Classic Patch Notes - Version 3.4.3
At this point youâre trolling, honestly.
The point Iâm trying to make is that any item that someoneâs farming and gets annoyed that itâs not dropping will ask Blizzard if X item can be added to a vendor because RNG isnât being kind to them. It doesnât matter if the item is a BoE, can be sold on the AH, farmed through a raid or dungeon what matters if the person can get the item they want with the least amount of effort.
Theyâve put in hours of time and they have nothing to show for it so now theyâre annoyed, asking Blizzard to add it to a vendor like asking someone taller than you to get something off of the top shelf because you canât reach it even though thereâs a step ladder nearby.
I farmed for roughly 20 hours total trying to get the Azure Whelpling, I know what you might say, âitâs not as rare as SSSâ okay but I put in the time and the effort, got it and felt great when it finally dropped. With what youâre suggesting thereâs no effort, doing dungeons is very easy and would cheapen getting something thatâs supposed to be a rare item. Whereâs the fun in that? I honestly donât understand, I want the item too but Iâd much rather farm it naturally than to get through a vendor and seeing everyone in Dalaran using it because itâs accessible now would make it feel less⌠epic.
Its even worse - they want it for 500 stones, or 1000. That is so easy to farm lol
I donât see the term catch-up at all on that quote.
They have never used catch-up as a word in any of their blue posts, not even in OG, however,
As many players means new players too, which makes it indeed a catch-up item. You as a new player are not just clearing ICC day 1.
Itâs still doing the content that gives it. Itâs just adding a bad luck protection system.
