Please tell us about the new dinar plan

It’s not just the trinkets, it’s also the overpowered weapons with special procs.

You mean like the many ones from this raid that fit this description?

Who exactly are you talking to? Nobody denies that there are good items in M+ and in raids, but you’re determined to insist that:

And you just keep digging that hole deeper, because heaven forbid somebody should say they’re wrong on the internet, these days.

one of the lizards posted a link to icyveins which says there is a new thing coming in 11.1.5 that will be available immediately to everyone and it can be exchanged for items
https://www.icy-veins.com/wow/news/puzzling-cartel-chips-explained-new-raid-tokens-coming-in-patch-11-1-5/

“At the moment, https://www.wowhead.com/item=237502undefined do not seem to have a cap. Blizzard has not yet confirmed how players will obtain them, but WE DO KNOW all players will get them at the same time in Patch 11.1.5 , without needing to grind Renown.”

And that small group of raiders is dumb, even as a mythic raider myself.

The draw of m+ is crests, raw ilvl, and m+ vault once you start extending, the actual items themselves is of significantly lower consequence.

Raid and m+ loot need less reliance on eachother, it’s not just a “M+ers need to raid” problem.

Dinars helps m+ers achieve bis immensely, and I’m sure there’s more reasonable changes that could be made. Doubling raid loot and crest yields would help raiders immensely.

Maybe after the next mini patch comes out, Blizzard will announce dinars.

I just see everyone running to the vendor to go buy Eye of Kazan who doesn’t have it, lol.

Eye’s a sim trap for most people so that would be funny.

Guess I’ll just keep on running my M+ that Blizz forces encourages everyone to run.

Sorry not sorry raiders, your game-mode isn’t as engagement metric friendly as spammable dungeons.

I can see why people would want them back though, because it’s currency to purchase mogs that the DF vendor sells for dinar currency.

Its also very possible that people like more deterministic upgrade systems rather than a full reliance on RNG. You also have people like me whom think the whole “gearing is endgame” mentality is just ludicrous

Players have wanted the ability to buy at least a few pieces of nonrandom loot for a long time. So far we’ve only seen that in throwaway seasons.

It’s an experimental thing and that’s fine, but hiding it away or canceling is not experimentation.

Naaaah I say keep dinars. I don’t want to kill mythic mugzee or one armed bandit LOL. You raiders can do your thing for achievement and stuff. It’s not really about the gear anyway right?

The ring and cloak from the undermine raid are bis for many…

Brewa is being disingenuous. There has never been an item like Spymasters Web, Jailer mace, Edge of Night, Old Warriors Soul, and Belor’relos that came from M+.

We’ve never seen an item from M+ give as big a DPS gain as those items above. That I can remember anyway.

There haven’t been any. The “good” items from dungeons are on par with heroic quality loot and raid purists can’t stand that this gives people options to play around the raid rather than relying on once a week rng for a shot at competitive gear. Spymasters alone should never have made it to live being so far ahead of every other trinket option. People clearly want farmable trinkets from dungeons

Well, that’s nice, my BiS cloak is from Darkflame Cleft. /shrug

YES CHEF! /10char

Wow, raiders really live rent-free in your head and underneath your bed, don’t they?

eye of kezan loses it’s stacks almost immediately after leaving combat, making it borderline useless in mythic plus.

every mythic plus player knows this and would never use their puzzling cartel chips to purchase it.

Best in Slots, House of Cards, Jastor Diamond, those are all BiS by a MILE for everyone who can use them and the puzzling cartel chips will be a welcome addition for those who want to avoid the raid at all costs.

I mean, if i wanted to play katamari Damacy, i would play Katamari Damacy, not run around the Stix Bunkjunker arena.

Mythic raid fights are annoying, terribly designed and just unenjoyable in every sense of the word.

Don’t even get me started on the fact that you have to sacrifice two to four nights a week of your life for six months at a time every week in order to raid mythic.

sorry but i enjoy my free time and my ability to log off the game when i choose.

yes, we would all like to see an announcement regarding the puzzling cartel chips acquisition method.
