Just stahp. 99% of the time it leads to a wipe or people getting stuck and ends up costing more time than the skip is worth. It’s like 4 pulls that take less than 2 min. Just kill the mobs and be done with it.

i think what op is referring to is skipping trash and going straight over the giant hole in the middle and going to 2nd boss and then backtracking to 1st boss and then skipping the trash up the hill to the tunnel
i honestly think why are people skipping when you could get a chance at a hilt

They likely mean the hill skip after the 2nd boss, before everything spawns if you simply mount up and run past them they never aggro you so you just do the cave.

You do it over and over until the lil puggies get flamed enough for messing it up in multiple groups that they will get it right, sometimes it takes a bit to train your dog properly but that doesn’t mean you should give up.

Yeah I hate most skips in 5 mans, it’s like you have to take this elaborate path sometimes to skip one or two trash packs and if someone steps like a mm in the wrong direction they’ll pull the trash. Just kill the trash, it takes a few seconds, and then move on.
I especially love the one on the hill in Pit of Saron. Like the group will start fighting the second boss there before the hill, no one will say anything about doing the skip, and then after the boss one player rushes up the hill but the other members don’t know what is going on. So now the group is split. I don’t even mind that skip too much, but if someone wants to do it just communicate it to the group so everyone knows what is going on.

Start your own group if you don’t want to risk ending up in a skip run. There’s no “default” run, groups get to pick their own strategy
They are the type of person to force their ways on everyone else then scream to the moon if anyone even suggests anything they didn’t come up with.
Is this what type A personality has become in 2023?
Normal clears are the default run.

No actually, there’s no default. Each group decides how they want to run the dungeon. If there’s disagreement, there’s the chat feature, and if that doesn’t work, there’s the kick feature.
I was full BiS in ToGC, so all I need are the emblems of frost.
