You showed me a link to Wrath design doc that describes direction of wrath redesign of cat spec. Which also never even mentioned that it was unsupported/unintended/bug/exploit how you have call it multiple times. So yet again what evidence. Provide specific part of that doc which in your mind means they didn’t support it for 2 expansions.
And no the fact that is was changed in wrath does not in no way shape or form means it was not supported before.
