Hello. I tried to recover an old account for a few days and never got an answer. I decided to purchase the game new. I bought the epic complete addition. I played and a friend noticed I was playing a trial account. So I purchased the game again. It went through fine. I played, slept, and when I woke up I was locked out. I purchased a computer and bought the game twice. The only purchase I can see is for a subscription. This is very frustrating and I cannot talk to anyone at Blizzard. Does anyone have any advice?

What sort of errors are you getting when you try? How are you trying? Contacting a game master is as easy as clicking the Support link at the top of the page, but they don’t have a call-in number anymore, if that’s how you’ve been trying.
All you need is game time thats why u were locked out at lvl 20. Id open a ticket and get that 2nd account refunded unless you want to recruit a friend it.
I can’t purchase game time. When I try to log into the game it gives an error BLZ1900057
This is a billing issue. You will need to address that with our Billing folks.
It may be a blessing in disguise, however. If you have an older account, absolutely no need to setup a new one unless and until it is deemed to be unrecoverable.
I see you have a ticket in, you may want to amend it with as many details of your old account as you can remember. If it was never added into a Blizzard Account those can be a little tricker, but often can still be found. If you remember any of your character names/realms - what name the account was under, etc., anything can be helpful in finding it.
Are you getting an error code when you try? Regarding the error code, you’re going to need to reach out to a GM via the steps I mentioned above to get your account unlocked.
I understand but I want to play now and I am not worried about the other account if it’s going to be a hassle. I have paid to blizzard $260 in less than 24 hours. I want to do is play the game I just started. I have about 9 day responses. Please I put in tickets about the old account and never got a response. Are you saying my account is locked because of the older account?

Actually, you haven’t - you did put in an order, but it doesn’t look like things cleared, that’s part of the issue and why you need to contact Billing.

What Orlyia is saying is that your payments have not been successful, even if it appears on your end like they are. If you want to try again or clear up the original payment it is best to contact billing directly so as to avoid more payment problems.
