Hey we can’t all be 1-percenters who have the extra $$$ to shell out for game perks.
And not sure why anyone cares if someone else gets to start playing 3 days in advance.
What’s the big deal? Not seeing it.
Wrong it’s 4 days sounds like you failed maths
Oh look here we have a classic corporate defender for insatiable greed. Ignoring reality and defending corporate greed is all you bootlicking ilk are capable of doing. Your pox is exactly why Blizzard and other companies can pull this garbage
Microsoft is a retarded company. They’re responsible for these changes.
id say it soured the expansion experince. sucked the joy out of it like sucking on a lemon.
Hypocrite.
By the act of purchasing the game or paying for a sub, you’re doing the exact same thing. Nevermind that after the math is done, early access is free.
Pathetic. Every one of you are just sad little boys upset that your allowance won’t cover a premium version of the game. It’s okay, you can cry softly while you suckle on your mommies.
Ahh look the outrageous delusions of a corporate defender. Keep licking those boots clown
Ahh look, the immature ranting of the fat boy living in his parents basement, sucking down Mountain Dew and playing with himself to posters of cartoon children. Keep pedo’ing it up pervert.
The derangement of the corporate defender continues really showing yourself up here clown.
Early access is not free. It doesn’t matter what the individual value is of everything in the Epic edition is. You still have to pay $90 (plus tax) to be a part of it. Also, there is no such thing as a “premium” version of WoW. The base edition, heroic edition and epic edition all give access to the same expansion. The only difference is you get some trinkets and game time with some of them.
WoW is a 20 year old MMO that many people have been subbed to the entire time. They have never done this before. That doesn’t make anyone a hypocrite for having a sub or buying the base edition and complaining about this. Players are very well within their right to criticize this random and unexpected thing they did. The fact they are treating the 20 year anniversary WoW expansion with such blatant disregard to their fans and players is horrible.
I mean the epic edition also comes with 30 days game time, so really you’re only saving about $7. I agree it’s a scummy thing to include in the epic edition, but if $7 is the deal breaker then maybe a financially minded adult shouldn’t be spending their money on video games in the first place xD
By the math it is, along with some of those extras.
Yes, it does, especially for the purposes of this particular discussion.
And that $89 covers the base game, 30 days of game time, a pet, a toy, a hearthstone effect, a transmog set, a mount, 1000 trader’s tender, access to the beta, and of course early access. The extra $40 gets sucked up immediately by the game time and mount or, the game time, the pet, and the toy. Take your pick there.
My god you are obtuse. “Premium” simply refers to any version of the game that is not the base. Get your head out of your back side.
It’s a big difference.
30 days game time: $14.99
Mount: $25
Pet: $10
Toy: $10
So, we’re already at $59.99 and you still have the t-mog, hearthstone effect, and trader’s tender. You get a lot in that $40 that has nothing to do with early access or even beta access, but every one of you are ignoring that to cry about early access being greed and being morally wrong and blah, blah, blah.
Just. Like. Me.
And? Are things meant to never change? Should every one and every thing just never evolve? What a world that would be if we just “kept it like the good ol’ days”.
When someone tries to put themselves above others for paying money to play a game, despite that very person doing it as well, that is hypocrisy. It doesn’t matter that I paid $89 and you paid $49, we both put our money toward the greed of Blizzard in the name of playing WoW. I’m not looking down on anyone for not buying Epic, so what gives anyone, including YOU the right to look down and talk down to me or anyone else that did purchase Epic? That’s hypocrisy dude.
Yup. And other players are within their right to disagree with the criticism.
Looking at the forum here and other fan sites, it appears the Epic-haters are the minority.
There might be something here that warrants further investigation. We paid for that content, only to have it removed earlier than it was intended. That borders on fraud but, I’m sure the ToS has that covered.
I know Destiny 2 year 1 restricted access (you needed to pay to get it back) to game content that was already purchased by the players because of an expansion released.
lol. All major end game content is locked behind the season. Delves are capped at level 3. Other then leveling and crafts. Your not missing anything
They will do it again hopefully
What are you talking about? Are you talking about the LFR bug where you couldn’t queue at 70 and it was fix and can?
Or that awakened raids are no longer awakened, whoopy.
You sound like the type of tool that would fall for the “+400% value!!” BS in mobile games
This expansion is my final try with this game, and this early access thing is the first strike. I’m truly hoping it is fun to play, but I am losing hope. The rewards are meaningless to me, I’ve spent a lot of time collecting items in the past, just to now have them appear on the Trading Post. I used to marvel at some players when they walked bye, now I just assume they bought something off the cash shop or trading post and could care less where they got it.
It’s simple math based on retail pricing. But sure, ignore the facts and just be insulting. I’m sure your parents are proud.
You are an idiot, idiot.
Facts are clearly not something you’re capable of grasping though shill. Fact is early access cost $90 and no amount of justifications or deluded mental gymnastics changes that fact.
