So the problem is not the shaman, your problem is versus the berseker pvp buff and the ppl who use WB in battlegrounds, there is no way to hit that hard without them.
Just took a 4400 starfire in AB so whats your point?

Can Starfire be instant? 
I just got crit for 2.8K Holyshock immediately followed for 1.7k, 1.2k… keep in mind I have 7k health. LOL
And yet… I’m still having fun grinding on my mage.
There are things called gcds. Hard for grey parsers to understand. LB and CL + overloads all hit in the same GCD.
You are having fun because you aren’t having all your buffs purged, and spells interrupted / grounded.

Who said anything about a berserker buff? I was running from thorium point to brd on my druid when I got killed. I got flame shocked in cat form, swapped to bear and got insta gibbed

so nerf power infusion in open world? because there is no way to hit that hard without be fully pve buffed.
im pretty sure there are other spells hitting harder than lava burst. just lava burst is a more consistent damage thanks to the ensured crit with flame shock previous set up.

Power infusion? Where are y’all getting all of these interactions from? A shaman killed me in the open world in a 1v1 all by himself. I have no clue if he was world buffed, but he was an aq geared shaman and he smooshed me.
As well he/she should have ur lv23.
