Can we PLEASE get an update for Lightwell so it works like the mob in ToC! Reducing the overall healing but allowing it to heal those within its range would %100 make it a viable spell and not one that doesn’t get a second look!

afaik you can still make your raid team macro clicking the lightwell to make it very usable, problem is that holy priest is still irrelevant and has no identity that isnt alreay filled in a raid.
I wouldn’t call it irrelevant as it has improved since wotlk. I’ve been seeing a lot of holy’s recently.
Shaman’s have exactly what you are looking for – totems. Check it out, they are fun.

Well good for you ? there is still like 20-30% holies compared to the next least played healer and as i said its identity is already better filled by several other healers. Every other healer does something rather unique which is why you want pretty much 1 druid, shammy, disc and pala in all healing setups.
I remember waaaaay back in the day there was a rumour that they had a reworked Lightwell for Cataclysm. The summoned well would ‘pulse’ AoE healing around it, having a set amount healed in total that could run out almost instantly if many targets were around or could last a while if only a couple were.
It never came out

Stop griefing yourself by having access to lightwell in the first place.
