I know Chaos Orbs were BOP in original Cata, but this was one of the things that did not work well.
Please make Chaos Orbs BOE again. The Frozen Orb system worked great.
Yeah, feels bad I have no direct way of using them, but it would be nice to be able to collect a few to lower the price of potential BoEs that I would want.
