That sort of mentality is sorta what’s required to make changes. If you don’t push anything on blizzard, they tend to just not care and move forward with no changes. Now I’m not saying to harass anybody or to do anything that is extreme. Just a little push to a subject every now and again is worth the effort.
How about…no? Your dragon form is your true power form. Staying in human form goes against that idea.

Plenty of dragons fight in there human form. You are just using magic. Being in a dragon form or not makes no real difference. Again, look at heroes of the storm alexstrasza for proof they can do things in visage just fine.

Yes. it’s a blizzard brand product. An interpretation of dragons from WoW. There is no reason to not use it as a frame of reference.

The comparison is fine if we boil it down to what is being asked. What I ask is for drackthyr to use their visage form in combat. The video shows that dragons indeed do use their visage form in combat. It’s practical, it’s lore accurate. There’s nothing that says this cannot happen in WoW.
Give it a break dude, stop. Yes it does - clearly an elf breathing fire would be awkward when its meant for a dragon to breath the fire. Same with green magic healing, its coming out of dragons mouth, not a female humans mouth. The difference here is programmed animations. Your either going to play a dracthyr and like dragon form, or you won’t play it.

I agree, remove visage form permanently and just let us be dragons 24/7. We have no need for such a weak form when were superior dragon hybrids with scales and tougher skin.

Well, Demon Hunters shift from normal form to demon form to use abilities as well. I don’t see why it can’t work the same way here with visage to dragon then back for those certain abilities.
There’s nothing wrong with that being an option for the people who want it. The code is basically already there for it already. People like you just hate having options for people for… whatever reason. if it existed explain to me how it harms you? Would you even really care? You would just simply not use it if you dislike it and you’d go on with your life like you should be doing right now.
Because it’s pointless. Granted I believe they should but… they just use reg human options. Visage have brand new customization options unique to them. To not use it is a waste.
Your comparing apples to oranges again. DHs are not demons. We are elves. We have whats called an “inner demon” in us, that we struggle and fight with for control all the time. Unlike Illidan, we did not make a pact with KJ to be full fledged demons. Hence, we can only call upon our demon forms temporarily and not too often. Dracthyr on the other hand are tested hybrid-dragons in a sense, that they have no such restrictions like we do.

Okay. You’re right. They have 0 restrictions. So why not let them do as they please? The drackthyr are supposed to be OUR characters. And if I want my Drackthyr to do that, I should have every right to do so.

They do, but also all dragons fights in dragon form unless there is a special occasion where they shouldn’t like when they need to use a special weapon against an old god.

That is not common, and only happened in maybe 3 situations, none of which they used their draconic powers directly.
This i can somewhat agree, but my personal preference if i played as dracthyr is to transform in combat to use my full potential. But that is just my jrpg/dragonquest thinking personally.

Because this is a race and not a class transformation? A race all about dragons? That fights in their dragon form when they want to use their full power like they do in about almost every genre dragons exist in? Are we NOT to expect that, which would be common sense at this point?
Honestly this line of thinking gets me every time too. Thinking this, i think evokers should be a class every race should have but has a transform like druids.
Combat don’t, skills trigger the form until out of combat.
Like i said, every race and have it act like druids and call it a day.
Problem with this is that you’ll do it so often you’ll most likely see ur charecter be a graphic mess or just be a cloud in combat.
You remain in dragon form until out of combat when you use specific skills.
Unless they changed it since last i heard.
In which case a source would be nice.
The issue here is it might be stepping on DH toes for that, and whether or not it would be fair to worgen players as well.
Not to mention HOTS is not canon as stated by blizz…
