I never RP but RP servers have such better and more interesting communities. I switched to an rp server for the short time I played SOD. And my experience on the RP servers was way better and more fun. And that’s whats cool about RP servers. Its fun to just chill in SW because there’s so much player made comradery.

The thread merge confused the heck out of me, but it can’t be a random act! They didnt do that about all the dual spec threads, so it gives me a little hope!

I really do think a RP-PvP server is needed. There’s a lot of hype over fresh and while we may not need as many servers as 2019, mashing near everyone into two singular servers is a real disservice to those who enjoy a more relaxed and immersive setting. Please just add one RP-PvP server!

As much as we all love Quel’serrar as a name, the Dire Maul buffs aren’t being received very well at all, and if we were to somehow snag the name Quel’serrar, it would backfire hard.

I am personally leaning towards Nostros’ Compendium still, as it keeps the Dire Maul vibe, and still matches well with the vibe of the realm names.

Our goal is to have a home for our community, and I fear such an awesome name as Quel’serrar may cause more harm than good.

Fwoibles was also (perhaps jokingly, but still) saving “Gnomish Battle Chicken” as a backup server name which I think would be amazing.

My thread was merged too. But I think there should just be 1 pvp realm. WITH RP before it !! lol

It would be contradictory for us to wish to deny PvPers their own RP free server when we’re just trying to have our own, but I understand your desire for RPPVP!

You can’t RP on a server that has no PVP in a game where there are two factions at war.

So let us do just that and keep on the positive side.

I think what you’re thinking of is an RP-PVE server. This thread is for the creation of a single RP-PvP server.

The world pvp on there is top notch.

Honestly, I think RPPvP is coming. I would be surprised at this point if they didn’t release RPPvP. :crossed_fingers:

I just realized, Kaivax didn’t merge all the threads for RP-PvP, there’s another one still floating about… He only merged the one titled “There will not be an RP-PvP realm”, into the biggest thread about it.

Removing a thread saying it’s not happening? Making that thread take a look at how many people push for it? tinfoil hat Dare we read between the lines?

Nah, I don’t think so, otherwise it would have been stated in the latest thread, my guess.

Its been done in the past for other threads, keeping it to one so its easy to track and read.
