Blizzard is smart if it’s just 2 servers, these servers gonna die off fast imo

I truly hope you are wrong. I can see Vanilla getting a lukewarm response, but TBC will be popping. Even moreso if TBC is era

Yea I think TBCC will be fun again but no shot the fresh servers hit anywhere near the classic launch.

People like classic, I’m sure there will be enough folks for three realms.
I don’t really count the hc realm, that’s the niche version

The current largest retail realm is 32,000 players according to wowprogress. That’s likely a lowball for the same reasons I alleged about Ironforge.pro, but if you’re happy to work with those numbers I assume you have no objection to these. If you’re alleging that Classic can pull 200,000 active raiders (not even counting non-raider players—just), that means that if we had 4 realms (PvE, PvP, RP-PvP, and HC), we’d expect 50,000 to each. Which sounds very, very healthy to me. And that’s assuming HC would have as big of a cut, which it seems fair to assume it won’t.
You don’t need an RP server.
This is a MMORPG. You can RP on any server.

When you own Blizzard you can dictate server types.
You don’t.
So you can’t.
You aren’t getting a RP server.
A request is not a demand. I’ve dictated nothing. I’ve only asked. And I will play accordingly to what Blizz gives me.

I remember this time in the early days of Grobbulus. Me and my levelling buddy were doing some quests in Wetlands and we came across this warlock who was just permanently in character. He joined us for a bit, and when we all needed to pause to drink for mana, we ended up just “sitting around the fire” chatting in character for like ten full minutes.
That’s the sort of organic experience you can only get on an RP server. Saying you can just RP on a PvP server is just… not the same thing. For anyone in doubt, go make a character on an RP server, wander around for half an hour, and I basically guarantee you’ll see the difference in that time alone.

To be fair to him… I do actually think it would be nice to remove world buffs from raids…
You seem to care more about people like me not getting something than people like you getting something. I find that bizarre, but I’m happy that you are happy. God bless
