Same. Someone from Blizzard has to have seen this thread by now. If theyâre not going to give us an RP experience for Fresh then at least explain why.

theyâre not gonna explain why because the truth is⌠they just donât want to cater to RP players anymore 
they donât see the money in it. to them, classic era realms are more than enough of a bone for RP players to chew on. going forward, i fear their experimental realms will never feature an RP server again.

Dear Blizzard: Please add an RP/PVP Anniversary realm. This is what I pay to play, and I have only subscribed temporarily so that I can voice this here in hope that it will make a difference. My daily tweets of Roses are Red jokes donât seem to be working, so here I am lol.

What future? The painful thing about this snub is that it leaves us in doubt if there even will be a future for RP in this game.
They used to make it a point to include us. What changed?

Likely the backlash in SoD when all the streamers glomped onto the RPPVP server and again when they shut down CB soured them on RP.
So if the streamers had brigaded a PvP server then they wouldnât make any more of them? That doesnât make sense.
Why should fresh RP players pay for the actions of non-RP players who took advantage of an RP server in a totally different game mode?
They wouldnât punish the raiding community or the PvP community that way, or even at all, for something like that.
Using that as justification for taking away RP now is just so incredibly stupid I refuse to believe that could be the reason why.

if makes perfect sense fi you think about it from an objective viewpoint.
The PVPers wouldnât have balked about the streamers flooding their server.
The RP community did.
The RP community also started yelling at Aggrend when he made the announcement regarding CB being shuttered.
iâm not saying my theory is correct only that itâs plausible.
So you think itâs just retribution for that? I should hope they wouldnât be that petty.
But, I suppose itâs anyoneâs guess since they refuse to talk about it and theyâre just ignoring us.
Blizzard, today is a fresh new opportunity to show your loyal RP customers that you value and respect us. Talk to us. Let us know you care. Or, better yet, open up that RP/PVP realm!

the first rule of rppvp is not breaking character to ask for rppvp
Blizzard has plenty of customers, more than enough to meet their fiscal goals apparently. If we all left because we got no RP realm they wouldnât care most likely. Besides, most of us are giving them our money anyway, so no need to change anythingâŚthey are already getting what they need from us.
This feels like screaming into the void at this point.

At first I thought it was just visibility, like they just werenât seeing this thread or something.
But thereâs been multiple blue posts since it blew up and Iâm sure somebody important has at least skimmed it. And yet still they wonât talk to us.
