I’m a bm hunter and people will just pop cds on my pet. That or it’ll die from aoe. blizzard mend pet is not enough to survive burst please please please use your brains here and make it a 2 second res again. i know, i saw the forum post asking to change it to a 6 sec cast time too. it sounded like it made sense but if you think about it for 15 seconds you’ll realize its a horrible idea. Don’t worry i understand non of you play this game but if my credibility isn’t enough just ask any player in the awc that uses pets. they’ll all say its one of the dumbest decisions you’ve made in a long time. I know I know, you added a neat little pvp talent to put your original pet away and use one in the stable while your pet heals for 30% for 10 sec. Once again i know non of you play the game but i urge you to just look at any live stream of any melee doing damage and you’ll realize how stupid that pvp talent is. although don’t read that and think to yourself “We just need to make a better pvp talent!” stop. please stop. Just use your little brains here and realize how big of a mistake you made and just make a 2 sec res.

a good trade off? how about the fact i had to use turtle to res my pet after? then they pop cds on it again, then what? position my pet correctly? If you didn’t see i’m a bm hunter… my pets have to be on the kill target. sure i can pull them back and heal them up but its hard when one dps’s cd kills them in 2-3 seconds, or they kill him as soon as i bring him back. I have a macro to cobra shot that resets mend pet every 10 seconds. he has mend pet up whenever he is alive. if you don’t believe this needs to be changed back go ask jellybean, chanimal, any top ranked player and ask them. Maybe they just need to position their pet better
If your pet dies in game it should stay dead forever. A sense of realism. Maybe you’d stop bringing it to a blood sport then.
yes this game is all about realism, and yes as a “Beast Mastery” hunter if my pet dies I shouldn’t be able to res him and just accept I cant play my character and lose the game
