So i go to buy 30 days of time and blizzard charged me 6 month of time man what the hell is this blizzard and then u want to get in touch with them and u cant jesus u need to type this stuff on forums or wait 3 4 5 days to get your money back in these days of covid life how disgusting taking 6 month of money when i purchased 30 days and u see right below the transaction the 30 days transaction some one help now
What option did u open a ticket under did u request a refund or my problem isnt listed here.
Did you have a six-month subscription set up and forget to cancel it? They aren’t going to charge you for something you don’t opt to buy other than that.
This is the first I’ve ever heard of it, otherwise.
no i was litterally buying 30 days never had a subscription ever
And you absolutely did click the 30-day option before clicking Buy Now? It’s set to 180 days by default.
As for getting in touch with them, what sort of error are you running into when you try, if any?
yea and was wondering with option in supp wow gives u acces to a chat window !
Game masters haven’t had a need to reach out to anyone in-game for quite some time now (with occasional exceptions), and getting refunds is an automated process which negates the need for that entirely, provided you select the correct ticket path.
Unfortunately, the time it takes for you to get your money back is generally up to your bank.
But that doesn’t tell us what sort of error you might be getting, if any. Are you using the support link at the top of the page?
yea ive got tickets opened but i want a game master asap get this fixed asap so i can sleep well and now paranoi tha tblizzard took 100$ from me !
As long as you have a ticket open, they’ll get to you when they can. Contact times are hovering around 48 hours because you aren’t the only one trying to get in touch with them, but if all you’re looking for is a refund, you should be using the refund option instead of a ticket.
Unfortunately ur in a que theres no way to speed up ur refend provided u the option to request a refund.
i did the refund button thats whats giving me error all the time that why i really need a gm
Alright, then if that’s where you’re getting stonewalled, you’ll just have to sit and wait until they get in touch with you. There’s nothing that can be done to speed it up/jump the tickets in front of you, just so long as you used the purchase failure option under payments.
If you’re getting errors on the refund, make sure to try different browsers, even a different internet connection or computer, just to make sure it isn’t some sort of connection or browser issue.
everytime i press the refund button on the 107 its giving me error retry or contact supp did its 4 times same message ![]()
Do you have a smartphone and can try via data? And have you tried with different web browsers to see if it’s just something in your particular browser blocking access?
Strangely enough, the option to refund the Sylverian Dreamer promo from last June is an option for refund for me.
While I certainly sympathize, Shizunes, it is important to clarify that “we” didn’t force you to purchase 6 months, You would have had to select that option.
From what I can see you have two purchase attempts. The first is for 30 days, that appears to have failed. You then seem to made the second purchase, using a profile that you added to your Blizzard Wallet, which was for 6 months of game time. I understand that may not have been you intention, but that is a far cry from the statement that Blizzard did it, or took something from you.
Now we’re happy to help, especially if it just happened. When you put in a refund request, that is a mostly automated process so if your request qualifies, it should process soon enough. It can take several days for the funds to return to the bank.
I’d recommend that you stop putting in multiple tickets. You seem to have put in 4 refund requests through our system and you have two open tickets. More does not equate to better or faster. Your ticket will be answered as soon as it can, but no sooner than that.
Moreover, more tickets can confuse the issue - particularly if multiple people start working on them at the same time.
Keep it to one.
