Please help me cancel transfer!

Hi, i need your help. I have a horde warrior in tichondrius, that server is causing me huge ping problems, i also play in stromrage and there i have no problems, but that is an alliance server. So i did a lot of tries to see which horde server was stable. I found that area52 (a server where i played during SL) seemed stable. So i transfered my horde warrior there. But now it is causing problems with high unstable ping just like tichondrius. The transfer hasnt gone through yet so i want to cancel it and just transfer my warrior to stormrage.

Can you help me please? Dont want to waste the transfer,

Canceling it may not be possible, and buyer’s remorse is not an accepted reason for a GM to grant a refund, but you’re more than welcome to submit a refund ticket and see if they grant you a one-time exception.

There were several spots where you had to think and consciously hit that “Confirm” button before things were in motion. That was wholly your decision to make.

As Ekon said, it is highly unlikely that the service can be cancelled once it has been initiated. At worst, you’re going to lose the transfer, have to wait 72 hours and then transfer to whatever other server you choose. But you can at least submit a ticket and request that they undo the transfer, and maybe they will grant an exception or at worst say no.

While Vrak and the rest of the SFAs are fantastic folks - they’re not GMs. They can’t stop the service you initiated and would have pretty much said what we said. Also, Customer Support is not a point of contact for Blizzard staff and isn’t Customer Service. It is specifically a place for players to assist other players.

I would advise you to submit your ticket ASAP, as these things are incredibly time-sensitive. Hopefully a GM will be able to assist you.

yeah but a ticket would take too long and i wanted to try cancel the transfer before it actually took place. Thats why i tried to contact one of you here.

Unless there is an issue with the transfer itself, it usually only takes a few minutes. Even if I were able to assist, there is no way to get to it in time.

As for ticket times, Purchase failure is a high priority category, so you have a higher chance at having someone take a look at your request there.

alright thanks… the transfer took like 20 minutes though. But now its done… hopefully i can get some help cause i want to main this warrior for this patch but cant play it like this. And i am broke due to Covid side quests, so a transfer isnt something i can waste so easily.
