Please give us Visage form in Warband

Yeah but don’t take it so seriously.

Oh no, you already did.

Because humans and especially belfs have garbage customization in comparison to the dracthyr visage. If my belf characters had hair like the dracthyr visage forms, I’d not bother with the dracthyr at all.

Hey look another “Love my Dracthyr but never, ever, under any circumstance do I want to see a Dracthyr on my screen” thread.

Too late, but you tried at least.

The million dollar question

It’s funny that this had to be explained considering that anyone who spent time looking at both in the CC should be able to put two and two together to wonder why people prefer Visage over the OG…

Does human have the same amount of options to highlight their hair compared to Visage? Nope? Well then.

Same with humans. They gave the human females 30 bazillion hairstyles, but none of them that pre-exist the custom updates for Shadowlands fit on the human female head. It’s literally 3/4 “bad wig” shapes and not a single braided/plaited style in the entire bunch. We got like four really nice new ones for textured/curly/locked hair and a half-shaved “Girl with the Dragon Tattoo” pixie cut that fit and look good, but the rest are awful.

Dracthyr hair…is amazing. That alone was worth rolling one (and also, Augmentation is probably the most fun I’ve had on a non-healing spec ever).

and let us visage to any race! but lock us to that race visage unless we pay for a race change so roleplayers don’t all roll dracthyr!

You rolled a dracthyr. You did not roll an elf.

Imo, I do think the older races could use more love in the customization department, it’s just that Visage has some interesting choices.

Hair highlight being one of them. I also love the hair bun option compared to human’s.

Ignorant comment. Some people like the class Evoker but hate the race. I enjoy Evoker healing, I HATE Dracthyr. If I could be an Evoker and NOT a Dracthyr I WOULD

Yep. We got a “big customization update” in sl and for belves that was 3 hairstyles and clunky jewelry for the women, that came in two metal colors with one gem color. Meanwhile, draenei are over there with several awesome new hair styles and like 15 jewelry colors that have multiple metal and gem pairings.

Dracthyr visage is the closest I can get to how I’d like my blood elves to actually look, minus needing to use the human model and dance.

Also would be nice if the trading post would let you preview stuff in visage form since half the stuff doesn’t show on dracthyr form anyway.

This is from people who are playing other classes. Let’s not claim ignorance on someone else if you aren’t even going to read what’s going on.

Okay but even EVOKERS don’t get the option to stay in visage form all the time…so if we can’t be another race then this NEEDS to happen

And also show visage on the forums cause this is gross

If I hadn’t lost my trust level on here for being gone most of Dragonflight, I would be posting screenshots right now.

The hair is pretty great, right? The buns are amazing, and so are the delicate hair jewelry options. They look SO GOOD.

YES!!! THIS! /slams hand on desk in commiseration

I was FUMING when I saw the awesome hair they gave the Draenei in the SL update (I don’t like them and never rolled one). They got awesome new hair options, including that cute side plait one that I wanted for humans and didn’t get.

But then the Belves and Human updates were lackluster at best. The Belf female models got this gorgeous updo (finally), but in order to use it, you have to be wearing this heavy, over-the-top tiara number, and it just ruins it for a character like a rogue or hunter, for example.

I was angrier than anyone should be at a video game when all that came out. It’s clear where the dev interests lie (/cough…blue tails…/cough)

Nah. There’s no “but” there. I have no interest in discussing things with someone who resorts to insults while engaging in the behavior they tried to call out.

Have happy holidays.

That’s a compromise you have to weigh. Until we get all races as all classes, you are a lizard, or you are another class. Personally, I don’t even think dracthyr or worgen should have a second form.

There are a lot of races that need more customizations. And I think this is absolutely something that needs to be done.

Tattoos for everyone, scars on face and body for everyone. Tons of new hairstyles and makeup options and jewelry options for both male and female, etc.

And some of the Allied Races are so sad with the lack of customization.

I love my Worgens. Ironically I can’t stand human forms since they “updated” them (girls all have fish lips) I just wish they had tails

And I love lizards/reptiles but these dragon people look dumb.

Yeah and the tiara metal doesn’t change with the jewelry colors. They updated most of the old draenei hair accessories so that they would change with the jewelry color. And a lot of the hair accessories for draenei have a toggle to make them optional too.

And don’t even get me started on some of the styles lfd got that I am super envious of. Or the fact that on lfd changing the jewelry color changes their underwear to match.

They way I see it is: Let people like what they like. Just…let people like things.

I like both forms for different reasons, but I 100% get why people would roll a Dracthyr simply to have access to customizations we don’t get on Human and Blood Elf characters.

Many of us have wanted more custom options for years and years. Dracthyr characters are a way to access those, and if anyone up there doesn’t like that…they can offer the customization options to Blood Elf and Human characters (it’s a copy/paste and SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE FROM DAY ONE). It was a short-sighted and very poor decision not to just do that from the off.

They literally put the hair and jewelry options ON a Blood Elf and Human model. So…put them on the Blood Elf and Human race options. Remove the Dracthyr jewelry from the hairstyle models if that’s how we keep it unique for the dragons, and just…GIVE IT TO THE PLAYERS.

It made no sense not to, and it feels almost purposeful and petty that they didn’t.

The struggle of the dragon race for people that want to be elves continues.
