Please give us Visage form in Warband

I’ve had to keep my Dracythyr characters out of my warband because they stay in dragon form and wrecks whatever xmog I had going for them. Would letting them stay in humanoid form break the game or something?

Just hard to look at.

Agreed; I race changed from human to drac for the visage form, which I stay in 24/7 ingame. Seeing the drac in basic race armor instead of a set I made isn’t fun.

Edit: not to mention here on the forums, too.

As an Evoker main, they stuck me with the dragon all the time in game, you can deal with it for 5 seconds before you hit login

As an Evoker main, i’d also like a clicky to change it to visage in the warband tho lol

I’m always astounded that people choose a race and then are unhappy with said race and don’t want to see it.

I want to see half of it, not the other half. Tbf I was goblin before this I’m used to hating what my char looks like.

The visage is part of the race though. Especially on non-evoker dracthyr. And the visages just look amazing! They went so crazy with their customisation options. It would just be a nice thing as an option. For worgen as well.

Something like they did with Greymane in HotS would be sick. Where the other form goes all shadowy in the background, and you can toggle between them. I’d love that.

I think it’s amazing that my Evoker is a dragon. It’s also amazing that in visage she has GREAT hair and a mog I quite like.

I would like it if she could be in visage on the warband screen, but she is also a dragon, and it’s fine. I also think it’s funny looking at her next to my gnome. The size differential is kinda hysterical.

I also like throwing my Tauren druid in there sometimes so that the dragon has a fellow tall person to stand with. Then, we all tower over the little gnome.

It’s just a human or Belf. Most of the ones I see don’t even use dragon markings or horns. It makes me wonder why they even chose the race if they just want to be a basic human or Belf.

For the completely free glide and baseline movement speed.

Why would I play goblin and use up a racial bonus slot for something dracthyr get by existing and without a cooldown.

There is no speed boost on other classes. That got removed because people whined.

It didn’t get removed it got nerfed. It’s still slightly faster to double jump spam than walk. Just not as much as on Evoker.

I’m with you there. Those people are lame. I mean blizz made the effort to give them hairstyles that accommodate horns. Something they did not afford the demon hunters. We should appreciate them. I absolutely do on my boy. Visage horns always have to match my dracthyr horns. Visage scales I try to correlate to drathyr main colour. Matching eyes. I also like using the weird snouty nose and currently have a few spikes sticking out of his face.

It isn’t. My warrior Drac moves the same speed as everyone else.

And if you’re able to get the one sixteenth of a yard further in the end… no one cares. It’s not some advantage.

Yeah it’s not. The momentum cancel on zero cooldown however…

I have no idea what this even means.

Also: the people complaining about wanting to see Visage aren’t min maxing their race change for racials.

Visage form is part of said race, why shouldn’t there be an option to view both forms? Same with Worgen.

It is, actually. I’ve timed it with guildies and wowhead even posted a video. It’s like 3 seconds faster for the example wowhead used.

I went back and forth on horns. In the end, I chose not to use them because most of the dragons ingame do not. Alexstrasza and Ysera generally show up with horns, but the other dragon characters we see frequently ingame in visage form do not. Wrathion, Nozdormu, Chromie, Kalecgos (and Malygos before him) don’t.

I went full dragon glory in dracthyr form and I went “great hair and jewelry” in human form. It works for me.

Edited to add: In dragon form, she’s GOLDEN. /squee. I love it. It’s so “dragon on a horde of riches,” and I dig it.

Are we seriously calling people lame for choosing how they want customize their Dractyhr…? Especially when said race have vastly different customization options in visage form compared to the OG versions?

This forum never ceases to disappoint. :woman_facepalming:

You can’t cancel them. You just move back to where you were when you are knocked back.

And again… none of this has anything to do with the topic. People aren’t whining about seeing visage because they’re trying to min max racials.

This is a nonsensical conversation.
