Please give Night Elves these customizations (and more)

So on Alpha, Night Elves got a few more skin colours, 3 new hair colours and (apparently) eye customizations, but those really aren’t that special. When I heard of new customization options, I expected a lot more new things like:

  • More (long and detailed) Hairstyles
  • Highborne customization with jewellry and blue skin tones
  • Leaves in their hair
  • Ear customizations/earrings etc.

Please make it happen, I know that the story team doesn’t like the race but maybe the art team does? Fingers crossed that there will be more, but I thought I’d give it a try here.

You had me supporting you till right about here. The “I know the story team doesn’t like the race” thing. That’s just unnecessary. You can make a suggestion involving what you’d like to see in customization without the unnecessary self-victimizing.

All the same - sure, I’d be fine with these options for night elves.

I wonder if the night elves will get chocolate flavour too? or was that just for all the human-like fair-skinned races?

Since Night Elves are purple / blue / pink, I’d assume that they won’t. Then again they added it for Blood Elves too so who knows ? So far on Alpha there’s no sign of it though.

The races that get “black” skintone options already have like… natural skin tones. Night elves are purple and blue and pale unnatural whites. They might get a true black skin tone, but I do think a dark brown skin like that found in humans would look really disconcerting on them.

I know, but it would be nice if ALL races would get it, making it even less racist, as some claim it is or appropriating or whatever they want to call it.

You’re not ‘ruining’ or ‘race bias’ if you do it to ALL races, after all.

I’m pretty sure all races with human skintones are getting the option. It would look weird on say, night elves or trolls.

Is Elesa, Elesana? Because I thought Elesana knew better than to expect something nice for night elves at this point.

I think eveey race should have the option of having scars and such. Also, I think nelfs should be able to specify eye color like humans can. Lastly, I want night warrior eyes with other skin tones.

My goodness, those are some breathtakingly beautiful NEs. I especially love pics 2, 4, & 5. Really hope they are given some of these great customization options. I’d also like to see more faces, like more feminine features and fewer weird grins. Males need some work too.

I like the bald one. Very bad@ss looking, which is what night elves are supposed to be. Before they got neutered.

I would never go bald myself, but I like some of the markings and hair. Especially leaves in the hair.
