Please Fix Underbog Timewalking

If someone dies at or beyond the second boss in Underbog and releases, they do not make it back to the rest of the group before the last boss is killed, and do not get credit for the run. I’ve seen it happen twice today.

Please either a) make the 2nd boss a spawn point; b) make it so the fish don’t evade and murder healers, or c) make it so no matter where in the instance you are you get credit.

Specifically on the 2nd boss, if it’s fought down the ramp, the frenzied fish will aggro someone (seems to be the healer) and just murder them from the water. Good old z-axis. Again, I saw this happen twice today. The exact same thing.

Yeah. Saw our tank get destroyed. Then the priest died trying to rez them. And they have to run all the way back which sucks

TBC dungeons is no joke, and not all characters are 70s.

I know as someone who does a lot of leveling in timewalking dungeons, being lower level actually makes it a lot easier unless you are unprepared (no pun intended)

The group didn’t need the healer to finish the dungeon?

Or try seeing if shield of vengeance works on reflects for even more DPS! (Does it? I don’t know, I main Prot)

tbc timewalking does not mess around. i’ve seen three FULL WIPES today in blood furnace alone.

People skip the the 2nd boos and the fishies kill people in the water

I’ve had a couple of groups wipe in TW dungeons today. Both times were due to speedrunning tanks pulling more than what was reasonable. I even said “smaller pulls pls” and did they listen? Hell no. And as ranged dps I spend most of the dungeon running after the tanks instead of doing what I’m there for. Needless to say I’m feeling a bit frustrated with the “gogogo” mentality. :face_with_symbols_over_mouth:

I laughed when the DK tank tried to pull everything in the gauntlet (shattered halls) toward 2nd boss and got stunned and deleted, was funny

Sounds like a pretty bad tank since, ya’ know… DK tanks have CC immunity.

So… yah’.
It do be a thing.

I will admit I can get this way, but I only ever pull a couple packs and then stop to burn them down and run off. I, too, find chain pulling boss to boss annoying, messy and unnecessarily stressful for the group.

(Now what I’d love to do is queue as 5 tanks and just cruise through a TW dungeon!)

I also have specific TW gear that makes this stuff an utter joke. And then throw in Prot immunity and utility it’s even easier. Midway through the void walkers Hp bars in Mana tombs, I just stun them to prevent a fear. And they’re dead befor stun wears off most of the time, as one example of trying to be preemptive.

Happens quite often. I dont DPS or heal until the tank is stationary. I have no desire to pick up aggro from mobs they failed to tag properly.

Its fun watching them continue to run forward, trying to grab more and more while doing terrible DPS.
