I’ve been having problems with this router on my WinMtr since the week before Christmas. When are you guys going to fix this stuff? All this lag makes the game so unfun.
What you’ll want to do is provide your own WinMTR results so someone can go over them with you. As stated in the quoted post, by an employee, that hop mitigates tests. It will always show as [no response; poor results] whether or not there are issues.
