Right. They might be making it any item including M+ instead of just a raid item, in which case it would make sense to have it tied to something else. I can think of a few other reasons why it might be changed.
Iāll wait and see what happens when they address it.

The people who do the most testing donāt have work hours. They push changes mid week all the time historically. Beta and Alpha builds typically release Wednesday or Thursday. Your take is terrible. Shelly and Kent who do pet battles when the kids go to bed are never stepping foot in PTR.
Tell that to wowhead who is also historically very accurate on these.
The only possibility of an unintentional change that isnāt a pure tragedy is that they meant for the mounts to be additive instead of replacing them.
Regardless, this is a catastrophic failure whether the intent is there or not. If they meant to do it, itās terrible. If they didnāt, itās terrible.
The amount of white knighting youāre doing is super impressive though.
I could stand losing 1 dinar because of some perceived bizarre need to keep players farming and pushing to the last week, but at least let people have 1 for this tier. It can even come at the end of the renown track long after the progression push matters, just having the one chase item would go a long way to making the journey feel more worthwhile.

Iām sure the Hellfire Peninsula orcs have some draenei horns lying aroundā¦ probably in a large pile.

Dinars feel bad if you play more than one spec.
Those are mostly are Draenei bones (+souls) made into EazyPavementā¢. No cement required.
