I would post this in the in Shadowlands section but I can’t post there for some reason…
I am really not looking forward to the Swiftmend change; it is a fantastic instant healbomb right now. Often as I am Bear tanking I find moments where I have just enough time to fire off a clutch Swiftmend and get back into Bear without taking a hit. The change will make it useless as an emergency heal AND doubles the time we have to stay out of Bear form, so now I’m taking a tonne of damage outside bear form, making me reluctant to ever use it. Maybe a Resto druid will prefer the nerfed version but as a Guardian druid I hate it.
Blue makes it sound like they are buffing it (lower CD etc.) but in reality this is a massive nerf…
Keep Swiftmend SWIFT! If Blue goes ahead with this nerf I insist they change the name to Slowmend.

You are 380 ilvl, you don’t do any challenging content at all and you simply don’t know what you’re talking about. I’d rather they not listen to players like you regarding balancing/reworking abilities and talents.

Maybe you should check actual achievements instead of the character itself. Literally all of my characters are attached to one another via WoWprogress AND RaiderIO as well. I don’t “hide” behind alts, I post on the character I’ve been posting on since probably before you even hit max level on your first character.

And this is why you dont act like you know things kids. I’m a voluntary bench for our mythic team because I don’t enjoy mythic. But I guess you didnt do any research like you expect us to do. Good job lazy troll! If you bothered to look, my only mythic kills were over a month ago and I havent even done any m+ for a month.

Nah, I just don’t believe balancing advice should be taken from someone who can’t do even the tiniest bit of remotely challenging content. Nearly every time that Blizzard has tried to appease your type, it has resulted in disaster for the game. Titanforging, the removal of Reforging, WQs giving Normal equivalent gear, etc.
His opinion absolutely does not matter from a balancing/reworking standpoint. Expecting the game to be tailored to the lowest person on the totem pole who doesn’t try to do anything meaningful in-game is absolutely idiotic from any standpoint.
Whatever helps you sleep at night. It is easy to see the quality of player you are so it wouldn’t be surprising if you were, in fact, struggling on the east 3.

Yeah, Swiftmend will be fine when they revert it back to its old form. The only content it actually sees use from as a Bear is solo and MAYBE PvP. Bears shouldn’t even have access to it, actually, and I believe they won’t come SL.

Ah, you’re the sort that has the elitist mindset of “unless you do cutting edge content, you don’t matter!”
He wasn’t talking about hard numbers, he was talking about HOW and WHEN it was used. His points were valid. I could see that even without playing Bear Tank. As a decent Instant Heal with a CD, it does function quite well as a fast emergency heal. And for ANY Tank, that can be a godsend.

If you are relying on a heal that forces you OUT of your tanking stance, causing you to lose all active mitigation AND armor, that’s an issue with your healer and will likely result in a wipe anyway. Please tell me more about mechanics and roles you have no clue about though.

i realize you think of wow as a hard content simulator but most of us spend a lot of time questing out in the world and lower end content. this is a huge nerf to most tanking druids.
