You can try posting in https://us.forums.blizzard.com/en/wow/c/support/customer-support/13 . Have you got to the point they tell you to stop submitting tickets? Otherwise I would open another one again.
Look, most of us are doubtful about people getting wrongfully banned as so much of the time it ends up being a gold buyer playing dumb, but you gotta give your avenues a try.
