Needing assistance in removing mail that is stuck in my mailbox. I submitted a ticket 3 days ago hoping to get some assistance from a Gm who could delete mail on this character.
I’m not sure how it got stuck, but it is preventing me from being able to delete this character. I have like 19 days left before the issue is auto corrected, but I would really, really like it if the problem could be corrected before then.

With the ticket backlog, the support forum agents here have been given special abilities to delete mail.
If the mail is on a character different than your posting character, edit your post to add their name and realm.
They will likely be able to help you in the morning.
Ok, thanks for the info. With how long the ticket time is taking I was hoping something could be done before the in game mail auto corrects in 19 days.
No ticket needed. they will probably do it tomorrow AM assuming there’s no other issue involved.

The contents of the mail will be lost if the SFA’s delete it however.
Thats the thing, it was gold from the auction house. Which was retrieved but for some reason the receipt of the transition still remaind.
Hopefully, this issue can be resolved so that I can delete this character and not wait the remaining 18 days for the mail that is stuck in my mailbox to auto delete.
17 days left and the auto delete will kick in and remove the mail that is stuck in my mailbox. At least something will finally be done, and I can delete this character.
Have you done a full UI reset (as detailed in Support article linked below) to rule out a misbehaving addon or corrupted UI?
Please note, this is not the same as disabling addons OR doing a /reload of your UI.
Yes, I have as well as a Complete Uninstall, Reinstall of the game. Heck, I completely wiped my computer just the other day and did a fresh install of not just the computer but the game and the mail in question is still stuck in my mailbox.
2 days from when I created my post seeking help from C.s to please delete mail that is preventing me from removing this character I am posting on.
Six days since I opened a ticket with no reply. Here I am checking to see if a Cs rep finally was able to at least reply let alone fix the mail problem and what do I see, other players creating the very same post I did not but 17 hours ago and are getting responded to and their mail issue fixed.
My wife asked me to check since it has been so long and yeah nothing, but it is nice to see other people with the same issue as me being helped in a much shorter time.
The staff have left for the night. I don’t know why your thread didn’t get a response but others did. Likely it had gotten buried too far down the list for them to see it.

You may want to delete your post in that other person’s thread. Vulgar language is against the CoC, as is spamming other peoples’ threads. Venting and raging serves no purpose but for you to lose your posting privileges altogether. I can respect that you’re frustrated, but you’re about an hour behind Orylia wishing folks a good night before she left to go home.
