Unfortunately there’s no GM staff that monitor the forums, though it’s fronted by moderators. Did you check the status in the ticket system.
As this is mainly a player discussion forum, myself included, it might have been pushed higher than gm staff to the development team, depending on the issue.
yes i’ve checked, they asked for ‘more information’, ive sent it within a few hours of that being posted and it’s been a few days and still nothing.
i’m trying to merge two accounts together, both are on the same realm etc and same name etc, i just need it to happen.
Just for clarity, you can’t “merge” two accounts into a single account. You can move a Retail WoW account from one battle.net to another, but it will leave behind most account bound items, mounts, pets etc.
If your ticket is still showing as open, then hopefully you hear back soon. I imagine there was a huge influx of tickets with all the issues yesterday.

They are asking you acknowledge you read the article they linked you and that you will lose MOST things associated with the Battlenet Account you leave behind. Pretty much everything associated Battlenet wide will NOT carry over with the licenses. Pets, mounts, achievements, heirlooms, etc.
You should have gotten that reply and they are awaiting your response.
