All you have to do is check Sylvanas out in the loading screen and see how she’s changed from a scary zombie to a well made up pale Barbie. Honestly the original art work of her is much more believable.

Even before her model rework, she was still disgusting Thallasian filth. But that’s just me. 
They didn’t hit her with any bat, she just stopped being amused by her toys.
