The feral buff might of been abit over the top, but thats fine! Aslong as you also give this treatment out FAIRLY. There was no large reason why feral out of all classes was the only one to receive the biggest buff in classic wow history, therefore you should also buff the competing spec with feral for raid spots, fury warrior. Now dont get me wrong, arms warrior is in the worst spot by any class by FAR. but i get its a pvp spec and combat rogue can do the same buffs so its okay :slight_smile: , how ever fury is purely a PVE spec and just isnt good untill you get the one of a kind legendary weapon on the last few weeks of the Expac.

Like blizzard have stated the feral buff was to make the average feral enjoy feral more, if this buff didnt happen feral would still be a near S Tier spec in ICC due to ARMORPEN Scaling.

However fury warrior is in the exact same position and we are being told to “wait for icc”, when feral was in the exact same spot but alittle better then fury in uldaur before the buffs, but No… fury has to wait untill ICC to become competitive and a reason to be brung to raids.

I think theres enough posts showing how many; thousands. of players are begging for a reduction on the titans grip penalty. even if its 5%, or remove it completley, the patch we are playing on with the armor pen nerfs and titans grip reduction WASNT ADDED UNTILL LATE WOTLK!!! so we are suffering HEAVILY due to playing on this nerfed version WITHOUT the gear and weapons that deserved for warrior to be NERFED!!!

The short minded statement and saying “Oh warrior is OP IN ICC , just wait” is just plain wrong in wotlk classic. Fury is only overtuned on private servers just like feral, and ret, and many other classes. If we were playing pre nerf armor pen and titans grip, fury WOULD be a scaling monster and be GREAT in ICC. However that is not the case.

I Personally just think its plain unfair and doesnt feel good knowing that other classes sharing the same raid spot value is getting gigantic buffs and now simming higher then fury with a shadowmourne in ICC BIS.

The excuse “Oh dont worry u will do great when you get a shadowmourne” just isnt fair to the average warrior, atleast 80+ %. Im not getting a shadowmourne and neither are most people. Im not a GM, not a gold buyer nor an officer or in a special guild placing to deserve one, so why should i NEED A Legendary weapon to become Viable?

Im not trying to sound like im crying, but the reality is fury is NOT in a good spot and wont be untill late game ICC or with a legendary weapon when most people have stopped raiding.

We just wanna enjoy playing our class and not re roll, but its seriously getting hard to continue playing warrior with the amount of spit in the faces we are receiving and no love being shown.

People who say “Oh warriors were top all vanilla and TBC” Well thats because #nochanges was still a thing!!! WOTLK is not based on those expansions and most current warriors did not play those expansion. Including myself!!!

Please blizz, seriously consider reducing the titans grip penalty untill late icc when weapons become worthy of the reduction. You can check warcraft logs that fury is the lowest single target spec other then ret paladin. and with arms warrior being a whole phase worth of gear behind any other dps.

Ferals got a buff to make them enjoy wotlk while it still lasts, so please blizz. Share the love around and let everyone enjoy WOTLK while it still lasts and enjoy one of the best raids of all time; it doesnt feel good to be parsing really high 90s and still be at the bottom of the dps no matter how hard you try and put it effort just to feel like your being carried, give us a buff like feral so we can enjoy WOTLK!!! and not wait untill end of ICC and have to get a legendary!!!

So its simply the spot on meters that you enjoy?

Its odd to me cuz i never cared about how meters looked but more how logs looked when im compared to my own spec.

Like who cares if a different class is beating you on meters when all that matters is how you compare VS other fury warriors.

Druid also had a EXTREMLEY powerful PVE spec with balance that allowed the option to re roll specs if feral was underperforming, however warrior DOES NOT have any viable pve option at the current state.

Wasnt this the reason for the ret buff? Because paladin didnt have any competitive dps spec, well this is how us warriors are right now and will be untill ICC BIS <3

This phase assasination rogues gained more dps with the 252 buffed ilvl gear then fury warriors did, even next phase warrior does not scale more then any other class. Simulations prove all this with maths that cannot be argued with (to an extent). So using the excuse to “just wait till icc” is a pure kick in the guts and makes us feel worthless knowing that feral was in this same postion to “wait untill icc armor pen” but got buffed to become an S Tier spec for the rest of the xpac !!!

Its not fun to be carried because your spec is bad!!! and the only reply to this is “Just re roll then”

This is why a buff needs to come in place due to there being no option other then “Re roll untill ICC”

If other classes got the special treatment, everyone should be treated EQUALLY!
No IF’S , No BUTS.
Balance classes EQUALLY

That’s easy to say when you’re playing a mage. It’s easier to find groups, you contribute more to your raid if you do more dps. Being one of the lowest dps classes already then having the class that shares your same 5% crit buff being skyrocketed to 6th highest dps spec in the game is a problem.

Okay, so why comment on this thread? Buffing is happening now, I was also against it. But now it’s on the table and it’s not leaving. So you’re just harping on about nothing at this stage.

Keep telling me how the reason for fury not needing a buff is that you have 1 in your raid that no-one cares about. Despite having both ferals and rets prebuff :joy::joy::joy:

If mages were as bad as warriors are right now you’d be complaining. But they’re not so you don’t care. That’s really all it boils down to.

Nah, some have merit, just yours has no merit at all. Rets were getting raid spots pre buff, ferals were getting raid spots pre buff, they both got buffed. So you come in saying “ah excuse me fury has a raid spot in my guild so they shouldn’t be buffed, even though so did ferals and rets but I’m going to input my useless information anyway”.

It’s hilarious that he had rets and ferals in his raid group before they were buffed but uses having a fury in his raid group as a reason why they shouldn’t be buffed :joy::joy::joy:

Warriors are getting better, just not as fast as many hoped.

Data shows they are climbing, the feral buff was obviously too much, I don’t even think they meant to buff it, just get rid of bearweaving.

I doubt blizzard will feel inclined to buff a hybrid class (warriors) into the top 5 intentionally.

Feral is literally a hybrid class. They just got buffed to no.6 on the meters (5 if you want to count overall dmg).
