Request denied. They’re not coming back, and they shouldn’t just because you want them. Time sensitive means time sensitive.
Because people like exclusive things. It’s not that hard to figure out.
We dont need mage tower back, we need new limited time challenges that award new cosmetic items.
Idk Blizz likes FOMO. Even though it hurts the game.
If they would like to bring back Mage Tower appearances. My only request is that they bring back the MoP Challenge Mode Dungeon Transmog Sets. Then it would be like why leave out the WoD weapon challenge?
So this might create a conundrum if they only allow one sort of challenge to come back into the game. It would need to be all challenge content. Doing this would be hypocritical and also destroy the whole incentive to obtain these limited of time items before the new expansion.
Still, either way I wouldn’t care (completed multiple mage tower challenges) which way they go with this, but they might as well address ALL challenge content.
I kinda want them back for people who didn’t get the ones they wanted but I’m on the minority here, sorry OP, Blizzard never brought back challenge mode transmog sets, so I don’t think they’ll bring them back either
I want the immortal title brought back. Oh and conqueror of ulduar! I can get that in 10 minutes, no problem!
Of The Black Harvest title too.
Meh. I have that one.
I don’t see why not. Does exclusivity really make a difference? IMO I should have access to everything the game has to offer as long as I’m willing to put in the effort to do so. Having items non-accessible feels artificial and lame. At the very least, this type of content should be on rotation.
Didnt have the time to complete the tower? Completing a challenge didnt take that long unless you tried to get it early on. Later in the expansion it was a joke to do.
I still think they could make rules similar to Herald of the Titans that just had level and item level requirements so it was still attainable, but you basically would have to go back and level up a new character to do it on.
you had more than a year to complete it. if they bring back mage tower they have to bring back the MoP sets and WoD weapons. So no.
Nah. MMORPGs have always required substantial time investment to get the best stuff. Nothing new or unfair about it.
If you had it during ToV you were a god, especially the tank ones or the Rdruid one. If you had it during pre-patch, you had 15 minutes and the ability to do you rotation moderately well.
You literally just answered yourself, “I should have access to everything the game has to offer as long as I’m willing to put in the effort to do so.” You didnt put any or enough effort in the tower, end discussion.
I didn’t get to go to Expo 86.
I was born in the end of 86. I didn’t know about Expo 86, but I am still entitled to receive and have everything anyone had then by going.
Give, now.
Entitlement disguises itself as many things these days. Doesn’t change the fact it’s nonsense.
Exclusivity has been part of this game since the beginning. There are things you can only have if you attended Blizzcon in person over 15 years ago. It’s not just WoW. Plenty of other games offer exclusive things for doing various things, such as pre-ordering. It sucks that you didn’t get what you wanted, but that’s how life works. They aren’t coming back. You aren’t the first person to make a post about it. You aren’t even the 50th person to make a post about it. Thems the breaks.
This is a bit entitled. You had more than a year to do this content, and by the end of the xpac it was a joke to do. Exclusivity has always been in this game, and it’s staying that way.
Not really. Even though these clowns might tell you different. Nobody would quit if they brought them back.
