devs still quiet on this and we’re over like 10k views?? I would guess soon we’ll get a statement about how SoD is going to progress into TBC which would be /bleh

Hypothetically, I would play on a TBC Era server as long as it was non-seasonal and didn’t have a wacky custom ruleset.
However, I do not think Blizzard can currently handle that without dropping something else.
It seems like it would be easy to do (they’ve launched that game twice), but I’m not asking for it because I feel certain that they would not only screw it up, but also damage other game versions in the process.

Would be a Nice Holiday Present from Blizzard…One that wouldn’t Cost them hardly anything but would give back to them so much more!

I agree, I think 1 year long is not enough. I would like a full server duration of these servers to really give us time to take our time and play through the different phases/stages of the game.

That’s what is so sweet about Era Vanilla though, if we do get the itch to go play vanilla and make new characters we can. There are so many who want TBC and Wrath unchanged (time capsule) servers so we can go play those versions. World of warcraft die hards will always crave those 3 versions of the game.

I really hope so, but honestly I’d put my money on them wanting to do tbc for SOD to get the numbers up so they can report to the higher ups that they done good.
