Please blacklist covid/corona from player names

An example of an offensive name. What exactly do you think this thread is?

Well we do have an astrological sign named Cancer… so… guess I’m offended now.

uh…read the OP again? :face_with_raised_eyebrow:

So again you are assuming they are doing this to hurt you.

Are you still offended if a 12 year old made a death knight and liked the sound of that word and named his death knight that? That situation has nothing to do with you. They aren’t making light at all of your hardships.

So you have no example.

uh…no…Im not
I know most are doing it to be funny.
Death and misery is funny to some, I get that.

dont need one. Play your silly game with someone else.

No you actually don’t know that at all.

Just to be clear…

The guy running around with a crimson or umbrafen spore named Covid??? I thought that was pretty clever.

ironic how a few are proving the OPs point in here.

Must be weird to go through life constantly offended by everything.

They are? I haven’t seen any Corona virus characters in this thread.

They must be getting something out of the experience.

I can only do one thing here /facepalm

We are talking about people naming chars in video game. Not something that was named eons ago. That’s not same thing.

That’s now how it works,‘‘just ignore the bully’’ doesn’t work on the internet ‘‘just ignore the troll’’ doesn’t work either, they have a considerably higher % of people to annoy.

i can’t figure out why anyone would choose to argue against the ops request, unless they were offended by it.

source?

since when does something need to be a personal attack, in order to be deemed offensive?

the bat dude is a fairly good example of the kinds of edgelords people are encountering.

anyhoo, i need to go to bed.

OP, if you find player names bothersome, report them.

You assume people get offend right away. You assume too much.
I just find it tasteless, childish and just plain wrong.

At least I’m not heartless drone.

I mean that’s a personal problem. Do you think every argument involves someone being offended by someone else?
