And its so easy to cloak IP addresses anyway…using that to try to thwart boxing…or botters for that matter…is a waste of time.
I try to block spam IPs on my forums all the time. Huge blacklists of IPs blocked…but they just use another one and get in anyway.
The other problem is theyre usually dynamic, not static, so one drops off one account and is picked up by another legitimate account and now I have a potential customer blocked by IP who didnt do anything wrong.
Its not a good way to try to deal with anyone up to no good at the end of the day.

Another change I would take over this one is if Blizzard
Made ore/herb nodes 1 hit again and just increased the time they respawned. This would allow more people to use the node because it would respawn faster but keep people using 10 accounts to use up a node and get 10x the loot from it
Also make rare mounts unique and with a drop cool down of a week per account
Do you multiboxing QQ’ers realize you can multibox without 3rd party software programs ? I mean it’s hilarious enough that you whine day after day about something Blizz has allowed since 2004 but banning 3rd party software programs won’t stop multiboxing.

Ok. Now I get it this entire thread is just you whining about the fact that you cannot get a bruto mount because your goldmaking is impacted by others. First you insinuated that it was multiboxers fault then when that couldn’t get addressed you suggest things that would impact everyone in the game. I am sorry you didnt plan well enough or learn enough goldmaking skills to actually be able to make any gold but maybe you should try to improve yourself instead of constantly trying to limit others and bring them down to your level. There are still a few weeks left before it goes away and maybe if you put in as much effort as you have put here complaining you may still get it.

Yep, it’s be 2 years since the bruto came out. Then all the sudden this Summer, everyone is like I MUST MAKE THE GOLDZZ!!! They had 2 freaking years…
Meanwhile, the mats economy tanks at the end of an expansion. The crafting economy follows. I suspect only the carry economy is thriving to get those AOTC and Jaina mounts.
Oh no, the bruto is a thing that ERMAGERDS you can’t show off in the hub city. Can you hold back the tears every time you see one in Org? Feels bad. Just kidding, it doesn’t feel bad. Stop the whining, make your SL gold making plans now. Pro tip, sell mats early in the expansion. Save your gold and your tears for a mount you’ll barely ever use. It’s not like it’s the tmog mount and you need to pop that bad yak out every drop to fix your semi-naked Blood Elf tmog.
To add, most of the crazy serious gold farmers are standstill farms picking up cloth, grays and greens. They’re not out farming herbs. Takes too long and not worth it for the price of herbs right now.

No, it’s been 1 year since they said it was being removed. Some players were playing with the the thought that they could eventually get it if they saved a little at a time until they had enough. To my knowledge, there’s no precedent for a vendor mount being removed.

I’m running 3 druids at the moment but I’ve tried mixing up my teams too. I just got back into it - last time I multiboxed was back in TBC.
Multiboxers that want a group to roll with as a solo player are in it for the challenge.
Mounts get removed. Vendor, raid, achievements… Even a year warning is sufficient if it was “important” to you. Someone multiboxing isn’t robbing you of your bruto-epeen.

Multiboxers that farm up 50 rare mounts are able to control the price and keep it low because of the amount of supply they have. Same with ore/herbs/cloth/etc
That’s not how ISboxer functions normally.
If each client is seeing a different button push… that most certainly is banable.
What happens is people set up different macros for the same keybind. Which is perfectly fine.
Key cloning shouldn’t be allowed.

No one should be able to control 8 characters in their own instance doing an old MoP raid via keyboard broadcasting. Blizzard said 1 key 1 action, not 1 key 8/16/32/100 actions…
I mean, it’s not like they don’t have all the time in the world. While their bot(s) plug away at the game, they come to the forums to hound their competition with ridiculous claims.
